Wish I could give them a 0 score. they do not even deserve one star!I placed an order over 500 dollars with them over 2 weeks ago and send them my ID the same day.I contacted them 2 weeks later and ask why may parcel still did not ship. Then they reply the next day that according to new regulation they need an copy of my ID, so then I send them a copy of my passport since I send them an ID copy already 2 weeks prior.Then suddenly my order status went to shipped.2 Days later they mailed me and said, ooh sorry now the items I ordered is now out of stock.This is now the email response I get after more than 2 weeks of payment and alleged shipped order. Not even a Sorry!!!!Hi,We regret to inform you that one or more items in your order were found to be unavailable at the time of fulfilling your package.Product(s):2 x Vandy Vape PULSE V2 95W Squonk Box Mod-Black Carbon FiberPlease select your preference to resolve this issue:1. Best customer service. Best deals. Definitely my go to. And so glad another place opened in east end. Closer to home! Don't let the other reviews fool you. They don't do online orders.

I've been going to Element vapes for years, since they were at the 13th ave location.I had terrible experiences with other vape shops around the city. Ones closer, more accessible, and even a little bit cheaper. Time and time and time again I found myself going out of my way to go to Element.This is the only place I shop at for my vape products.The OG Staff are amazing.Also: Element does not have an online store, nor do they ship products out of the city.

From their 1st location in the cathedral to their 2 new locations in the north and east of Regina. There warm welcoming greetings, friendly service and great customer service is why I will continue to make Element Vape my only "one stop place for all my Vape needs. Thanks EVERYONE for be awesome!"
