Super happy with the service and grateful I chose the right company. They were able to come to my house and fix it all in the same day I called. I was super anxious to call but everyone was super nice and I'm glad I did! I can't remember the 2 guys names but thank you!

Had Chris L out to replace a toilet and fix the handle in our shower that had come loose. As a woman working from home alone, it’s always a little nerve wracking to bring in a tradesperson to do work, but it’s easier to have someone come to the house during work hours rather than overtime when my husband is home (the world can be a scary place sometimes). I LOVED that I received a text to let me know when Chris was en route and it included his photo! He showed up at the door promptly, with a shirt bearing the company’s name too (and of course looked like his photo) and I was instantly at ease. Chris quickly and professionally took care of both of the things that I had asked for, and gave me some great advice about a couple of other things that we’d thought about doing in the house, and was done in only an hour. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and I will be hiring Hudson Service Group again!

The guys were quiet and nice. They did the job they came to do and were polite. The company really does care about your experience and they go above and beyond to make sure you feel taken care of.

Had new furnace and AC installed as well as replaced the poly b pipes. Everything was great from start to finish. Clear quotes, came when they said they would and cleaned up when complete. And they make applying for rebates simple. Would definitely use them again.

Our experience with Hudson service was an absolute 5 ⭐️rating. Their system is so organized from scheduling the job to sending you text messages telling you who the technician will be doing the job and what time they will be arriving. They were very efficient in that aspect. We had our 22 yr old furnace and leaking A/C replaced with one of those more efficient models. Dan who installed these units was very professional and efficient. Ryan who was receiving all my enquiries was absolutely amazing. He was quick to respond, very meticulous in explaining the entire process of the project and transparent with the financial aspect. I will highly recommend this company to my friends anytime. Was pleased with their professionalism all the way from quote to completion. The installation crew was on time, courteous and did a fantastic job installing a high quality York Furnace and AC for a more than fair price. Great communication and follow-up to make sure I was left a satisfied customer. Highly recommend this company.

Work was well. Done. Travis did as i asked and replaced more then just elbow joint which i really appreciated. There was a slight drip after a day but Travis returned and fixed it. All good and no extra charge for return visit!
