Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Carr answered all my questions. Procedures completed quickly and efficiently and I have never had any issues afterward. Definitely would recommend.

My experience with Dr. J and his delightful staff has left me feeling that they should be training other doctors offices and clinics about what world class patient care is about. He took the time to thoroughly explain and answer my questions and concerns, and his bedside manner is 100 stars, not just 5. I left feeling that he genuinely cared about my concerns. Dr. Carr is such a pleasure to work with. She takes her time with you and makes you feel at ease - in fact the whole staff does the same. Had a few beauty marks removed. Super simple and quick. Highly recommend!

This was my first time at this clinic and I couldn’t be more pleased! The entire staff was absolutely amazing.Nurse Emma was first to come into the room. She was very kind and understanding. She had such a light, gentle touch when preparing me for my procedure. I didn’t even feel the freezing needle.I can’t say enough about Dr. J. He was so kind with a friendly disposition and took his time to explain everything to me. In fact, he went over his diagnosis and the procedure more than once to be sure that I completely understood and was comfortable with everything. I so appreciated that Dr J. treated me as a human being rather than a number, which can sometimes happen. It was such a pleasure to meet Dr. J and his team. I am grateful to have been treated by this wonderful doctor!

I was impressed with Dr J today. He took the time and explained in detail what skin condition I had. I felt that I was well informed and what options I had. He is very personable and I appreciated his honesty. His nurse is awesome too. I knew what to expect during the procedure and she made me feel relaxed. I had the option to have this procedure done on my initial visit and now I do not need to make another appointment for it.

Once again, it is a very positive experience. The front desk lady is very nice; Tracy is very kind and helpful; Emma is a delight to be with as she froze my face.
