I have known Joel for a few years and was excited for him when he passed his real estate exams and became a full- fledged agent. He has since listed two rental properties for me - one has sold, and one is ongoing. He has also done some property management with a couple of my income properties. I have referred him to friends, and won’t hesitate to use him again, because Joel is a hard-working, honest young man with a willingness to do everything in his power for his clients’ benefit. Joel's knowledge on the Kingston market was a huge benefit in navigating our home purchase. COVID required us to virtually purchase a home which added a lot of stress. During virtual viewings, he got down and completed the 'dirty work' to point out any areas of concerns. We truly felt we were in good hands. Joel was by far the best realtor iv worked with after moving 4 times. From the start he was extremely organized, professional and always had time for me. When it was time for the photoshoot at the house he came over made some great suggestions and even had a cleaning service come by to help get the house shining. He even helped and cut my grass to make sure everything was just perfect before the photo shoot. He had very talented professionals come over with cameras and a drone. The video, virtual toor and house floor plan made my listing stand out amongst the others on the market in my area. He was very proactive in making sure my house had showings. Most days I had 4-5 people come through. In the end, my house sold like a flash! I would not only recommend him I would say you are missing out if you dont!
