called this company twice, once left message, once talked to employee. Promised to send estimator, but unfortunately it was only promise. It's not good way of running business. I can't advise people to use the service of this company

Not sure about the bad reviews - But I used this company for my rental houses and they were professional and the price was better compared to all other contractors in Winnipeg- I will definitely recommend Primal.Just ask for Eric

Booked estimate appointment 3 weeks in advance. Get a call 30 mins before the appointment asking if we could do it another day. I booked off a day of work for this appointment so I said I couldn’t reschedule. So he came later that day and was on his phone the entire time. He wasn’t listening or taking anything seriously. The email I sent listed the jobs I wanted the estimate for. He told me his expertise was foundations which was not any part of my email. He still said he would get back with an estimate soon. Never heard from him again. Hard to find anyone who cares about their job anymore. Although I am glad I found out how they conduct business before paying them for a job. I just feel sorry for anyone that has.

I was waiting to write this review for almost 1 year to be sure that the waterproofing was truly as good as these guys said it was. I have to tell you that it has performed exactly how they said it would, and I am very impressed. Eric was very knowledgeable and always could answer any question that I asked him, which showed me he knew a lot about waterproofing. His guys were very pros and performed an amazing job. You wouldn’t even know that a job was performed if it wasn’t for my dry basement, but I can tell you that a great job was performed. I will refer this company to everyone as I now have proof that their work was performed as promised. FYI – I even got a follow-up call after the job from management (Eric) to make sure I was happy with the work, which I found very professional. And the price was great too. Thanks again guys!

As they like to do illegal dumplings in our neighborhood after the fact the community just cleaned up. This is out right disrespectful to our community!

Beware. Was charged for permits on my job and found out after that they were never taken out. Fought with the company for almost a year to get permits done. Nick always had an excuse and always someone else's fault. Have since heard of 2 other people who have had the same thing happen to them. I have yet to have a leak in my basement (mind you was a dry year) but am scared that if this is the way they do business is the job really done properly the way I paid for it to be?

Among all other companies we spoke to Primal was the best. We had our commercial building taken care by Primal, Excellent service by the team. Will recommend them for sure.

He rips off his workers! ..He makes them dig holes by hand when there is a loaders and a backhoe, right there, now thats ** ..Do Not work for him!!!!!!!

Did not show up for appointment to provide a quotation on foundation. Did not return calls or texts either.
