Twisted Sisters Vape Shop
Product was 20% more than other retailers, unfortunately also the only place with stock available. No post sales support, product broke one month outside of warranty. Avoid this place, staff never offered the manufacturer's option for warranty. Their exact words it's not covered by the store warranty

The customer service at this location is top notch. Super friendly staff greet you the minute you walk in the door. They are always happy and smiling. There is an excellent selection for your vaping needs. I usually just purchase packs of pods for my STLTH so can only speak for the selection of pods however, the store is huge and from looking around they have quite the variety. I was sure to bring my son there when he was visiting from BC as I was so confident in their service and selection. They also provide fast free local delivery when spend $50 which I have used in the past. Keep up the great work guys!

Id give them more stars, but they clearly have a supply chain issue that or they just don't order enough juice for some reason. Every single time I try to order a juice or go into get a new juice they never have it EVER! The last 4 times in a row now, I check there site it says they have it, then I get a call saying they are out of the juice and I am forced to make a last minute decision on a random juice. I fret when I run out of juice now, cause I get to play the what do they have game and at this point vaping has become more of an inconvenience shopping at this vape shop. I used to look forward to trying new juices or getting the same old flavor but now I think this has me ready to quit. This shop is always out of products. Maybe order more frequently or do inventory more often could help with this lack of product. I might need to go back to making my own juice and wicking my own coils. I really wish yall well, but there hasn't been a time were I can just go in and leave with the juice I want.

Since you’re asking for details. Typically experience was good with the store. Until the last few times. I bought pods and coils. I asked for assistance to find the right product. A store employee sold me wrong pods that doesn’t fit either coils or the device. I came back to exchange it next day. Been questioned in the manner that I did something wrong. After the explanation I was told, that I didn’t pay the right price for the pods. They still had to call a manger and after I was asked to pay more the difference to exchange the pods. Which was not an issue. I paid the difference. As a result I got pods that fit the device but not the coils. And this point it was partial fault on my side that I was in a rush and didn’t double check this time. But the reason for two stars is not so much of getting wrong items, it’s the attitude of some employees had. And the poor way the issue was handled.
