We went out today to purchase a new couch & love seat.We were very impressed with our salesman - Jay - who went above & beyond to ask the right questions & respond accordingly.He went above & beyond.Highly recommend. We got the items delivered same day within a few hours by a father & son duo - also very careful,personable & knowledgeable. Also avid dog lovers - which we loved. We decided on a FIRM seating - WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND... Very pleasant experience indeed.This exceptional service really impressed us.Kathy (& Mike & Lancer - our fur baby.)

This store sets the standard all furniture stores wish to achieve! With a great selection and super prices Shelly was personable and a real pleasure to deal with. She and her son made our experience completely stress free unlike many other big name furniture stores we went to in Ottawa where we were stalked" by creepy sales persons. This is now our "go-to" spot for furniture. A hidden jewel that is highly recommended to all. Thanks Shelly!!!"

Sarah was an awesome sales rep. Very helpful while not being too overbearing or pushy. We have been shopping for a couch for a while now and this was the first place we felt like we weren't being forced into a bad deal. Instead Sarah answered all our questions, gently made us aware of other options based on our preferences and sold us a perfect couch for our new home.

After miserable experiences at the other local furniture stores I was blown away by the service at Ashley. Sheldon opened the door for us after he closed shop and let us browse. He wasn't pushy or aggressive in his sales. Instead he was helpful and knowledgeable and gave us a great deal on a floor model. We dropped close to 3k that evening and received our furniture 2 days later! Thank you Sheridan and Ashley Furniture for great service and great product! We will come again!

Purchased some livingroom furnishings and am completely satisfied with the quality and service of the products and people. Unlike most of the furniture stores we visited Jay and Shelley are welcoming, friendly and absolutely no pressure when simply looking. I would recommend to everyone to do yourself the favour and visit when you start shopping for furnishings.

Customer service is hard to come by, but Shelly has been fabulous, patient and fantastic to work with. This is not the closest location to us in Ottawa, but we have chosen to make them our go-to store based on how responsive and accommodating she is. Looking forward to buying more in the near future!

Ashley furniture customer service has far exceeded my expectations. The quality furniture speaks for itself the sales team was exceptional and provided all the necessary information to help me make my buying decision easy. Jay the owner was personable and even took the time to help me load my furniture when it arrived. Greg the salesman was friendly and knowledgeable and made buying seamless. Terrible customer service. Purchased a bed while moving to Prescott. After paying in full, I was told shipping was already delayed so it would arrive in 6 weeks. At the 7 week mark I called and the owner said he would get back to me in 3 days which never happened. After 9 weeks, I asked for a refund and the owner accused me of lying about the expected arrival date. Buying local in this case isn't worth your effort. Just go to Leon's in Brockville. Received excellent service and quick delivery.

Amazzing furniture piece! I ordered this a month ago over the phone since I live in Ottawa and that location is undergoing a change of management. Needless to say this couch arrived in 3 weeks and I drove down with a rented trailer to this small town and picked it up. Costumer service was amazzing and the store is gorgeous. Recommend 100%

This is the worst experience I ever had. I purchased a sectional on August 25 2020. I paid in full. I was told the delivery date would be first week of October, because of delay in manufacturing. I have called every week since the missed date. Every time I call I was given a new date that was missed. It is now October 20 2020 I still don’t have my sectional. I called today and I was told it would be at least Nov 13 2020 and that is not a sure date. They could delay again.I have never dealt with worst costumer service. I was my first and last purchase from Ashley’s .
