Infested with a whole colony of cockroaches. They are everywhere, inside the microwave, cabinets.. Does not meet the living standards at all. Check the kitchen before moving-in.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You can do way better at the price range. This place is like living with multiple roommates and has the worst management. Super noisy and unhygienic.

lived here for abt 8 months -- the managers super nice, the price point is very good, close to uni and many bus stops -- it gets the job done if u need a place desperately but parking costs a bit much, wifi is pretty shoddy, the communal bathroom and kitchens can get gross, it gets a little noisy, it's not great for ppl w disabilities, but if those don't bother you the price and the closeness to the university makes up for it

Affordable place with good amenities like Internet, TV, gym, kitchen accessories but not very hygeinic, because it has common washrooms and kitchen.

Internet is iffy, rooms sometimes smell and no-see-ums get though the window screens, but it stays cool in the summer time, no AC needed
