I have been taking lessons here for the last 3 months and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Dan’s passion and knowledge for music comes through in his teaching methods. He has a great variety of songs he has introduced, but is very open to suggestions and has made my interest a part of my lessons. He is very patient and willing to go over the mechanics and help you perfect a maneuver. What I didn’t expect was how much about music structure and theory I would learn as well. Dan has really tapped into my motivation to take music lessons.

I am an older student who was referred to Dan by a close friend. Dan is very welcoming and cordial. He has shown considerable flexibility in his approach and teachings with me especially in areas where I have had some difficulty. Patience and positive affirmation with interesting anecdotal lessons make the learning interesting and fun. Dan is clearly an accomplished and talented instructor and I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in learning to play guitar, no matter what your ability !

Dan is a guitar wizard. He has a way of explaining things that is easy to understand for the beginning guitarist, and you will notice improvement in just a short time! Good prices too.

Dan is a great guitar teacher and musician. I’ve taken lessons from him (individual and in a band setting) for over 5 years. He can teach a range of musical styles, and is unfailingly patient and good humoured. Dan has both the real world experience as a working musician on stage and in studios and the education to be able to combine the practical and the theoretical in his teaching. I recommend him highly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our daughter has been taking guitar lessons with Dan for years. She absolutely loves every lesson and Dan has really help her on developing her guitar skills by creating engaging lesson and practice plans. Dan is an excellent instructor, who is energetic, professional, patient, and down-to-earth. His enthusiasm for music makes his lessons fun, educational and engaging. Highly recommend.

Dan is an amazing teacher. I started music lessons at the age of 46 without believing I could even play a single note. Dan made it very easy and gave me the passion to carry on playing and find new sounds and songs. Very skilled guitar and base player but most of all a truly Music lover, capable to teach in an easy-relaxed and creative way. Highly recommended for kids (he introduced my son to the guitar word) and adult too. He can put up group lessons and band lessons that are very engaging and super fun. Best money spent for me for sure.
