Excellent venue to throw a private event. They have an amazing rooftop space.

I could not have picked a better venue! We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with friends and family and they could not stop raving out this rooftop patio venue. There was little need for décor with the beautiful pergolas, greenery and patio furniture, not to mention the view! We also got a beautiful sunset and full moon! The booking contact Megan was amazing with her communication and helped make our night perfect. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect outdoor venue.

Great coop working spot.

I truly could not have loved this venue any more! I can't even remember how I discovered it - I think it came up on my insta feed. And from the first time viewing the space, I was in love. It fit my vibe perfectly, and every single one of my party guests raved about the space. They all loved the rooftop views, & everyone got out on the putting green. The bar had great storage, the speakers had great sound & the atmosphere was unmatched! Megan was such a gem to work with throughout the booking process, and the team (liason & security) on the night of the party were so sweet!

We booked the rooftop patio event space at the Westlund Building on June 07th for a wedding shower on September 18th 2022. We were promised that if it were to rain (which was a possibility as the weather forecast kept changing) that we would be offered the atrium lobby as an alternate event space.Not once did anyone mention to us that there would be a film/production crew setting up during our event, throughout the entire building and on our floor - with PLENTY of notice to give us a courtesy call considering we booked the event space months prior!!There was VERY LIMITED parking for our guests because of this double booking at the building (that we were NOT told about or given the option to reschedule). Additionally - there were carpet runners everywhere laid out unevenly causing our guests to trip and making the set up EXTREMELY difficult and inconvenient trying to roll the dollies up with all of our catered food to the elevator with MORE carpet in it and looking like a complete construction zone with workers setting up everywhere.Not only would we have NOT been able to use the atrium lobby as an alternate event space if it rained because of the crews working, the lack of communication regarding film crews setting up during our entire event, so we could have at minimum provided a courtesy call to our guests regarding what was going on and where to park, was unacceptable. Be aware if you book this venue that what you see when you tour it, is not what you get when they rent out the rest of the building during your event!!We will NEVER book this venue again or recommend anyone who wants a semi-private event to book here either.I would give them one star – only because the rooftop space itself is beautiful.Extremely disappointed with this venue.
