I am happy with the customer service. They where able to special order for me Schluter trim. Tim was quick to response to my emails and they gave me a fair price.

Definitely my favorite tile store in the city. If you have an idea of what you like, show a photo to the person working and they'll show you tones of material in that style.

Great customer service! They really know their stuff. Wide selection of tiles. Kerdi and Schluter products available.

Not have too much option but good for that neighborhood.

Although I really liked Tim when I had a bad experience with Steve Haggert of Haggert Home Improvements, the company Tim recommended to me, there was no support from Tile City. I have posted a photo of the hole that was left by Steve between the rad pipes. Tim assured me that Steve does a great job. In addition to the hole between the rad, the newly laid tile floor squeezed. When I brought this to Steve’s attention he tried to offload the responsibility on me “you really should have had all new plywood but it would have cost thousands!” As the option was never discussed that was not a decision I made. Ultimately I had to cajole him into lifting tile and screwing down the subfloor. His helpful comment, “we could do this all day and you might still have the squeak”. Ultimately the floor was fixed but if I hadn’t “policed” the situation the floor would still squeak and possibly crack going forward. Not professional.

I have had great experiences with these folks for decades. Their advice has always been solid, and they offer great creative suggestions. I have bought tile for several bathroom and kitchen renos from them and have always found both prices and selection great. I will be visiting them again soon even though I no longer live in the area - just for their ideas!

I had a really great experience today at Tile City. Not only did Tim give me good feedback about tile choice I was considering, but he also generously offered really useful advice on bathroom renovations overall. He was a pleasure to speak with - I definitely will be going back to him when I'm ready to purchase my tile.

Great store, owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. Redid our shower stall and very happy with the suggestions, supplies, and tiles we purchased there. Tile City is my goto place for tiles.

Awful place. BUYER BE AWARE I'm having my kitchen and bathroom renovated. I picked a floor tile and paid over $400 for it. When I got it home I realized I didn't like it. When I tried to exchange it for a different tile, they charged me $95.00 restocking fee. Wow. I thought I was doing the right thing by shopping in the community, giving the small businesses my business. They just lost my business for all the other tile I needed. I'm going to Home Depot. Free exhange and returns.
