Compared to a few other Tim Hortons in the area, this is one of my favorites.Service level depends on who you deal with, some are very good while others are so-so, at least I have never had any bad experiences at this location.Food is usually fresh and clean, at least I have never seen flies in their food display case, like the other nearby location that I have been to.

good cafe to hang out. the seating area is very comfortable. Also good for studying too. we love picking up donuts here. I was at the location, the wifi connection was quite bad. I placed an order in the parking lot. It scanned the gas station address and it happened it was just adjacent to this location. If someone trying to place order make sure it is the address on Markham Road not the address on major Mackenzie.

Enjoy a Cinnamon raisin bagel with peanut butter, a maple dip donut, and/or a medium iced capp with chocolate milk. All wonderful and tasty food. Bathrooms are adequate, and hey, it's fun being out of the city

I ask myself why do i keep returning here to give this people a chance because how could you possibly screw up a simple order of a bagel with cream cheese but to my amaze they managed to screw it up again. Its like these people are doing rocket science the way they screw up every order. The food always looks disgusting and there is zero effort to make it look presentable. Everyone who works there is a complete joke and should reevaluate your life. thank you

I had a very bad experience with Tim’s drive through at hwy 48 & majorMackenzie there was an old man don’t know how to behave and talk to customers. He doesn’t know how to behave front of the kids. He shouldn’t be working as a customer service person at all and I’m not quite sure how did he even got the job as a customer service person with this kind of attitude??? Tim’s owner should verify their record and reference upon hiring. Who gave him permission to talk to the customers like this. He is also making a weird face and behave so badly front of the kids. Someone should take an action regards to this issue. Hope this should treat him a lesson so he can learn to talk to the customer politely and he was rushing us to leave the window plus he forgot to give us our food and they always give us the wrong type of food not the one we ordered and this is ridiculous.

I've been going to this Tim Hortons weekly for almost 4 years now, and they have never made a mistake with my order. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Please pass it on to the staff how great they are.

Should be zero.I was at this location on 1 March, 2023. Ordered 2 chipotle steak bowls and found a strand of long black hair in one of the bowls. I was feeling nauseous and showed it to front cashier. He took the bowl and showed it to the food preparer who had her hair black hanging out of the side of the cap. Instead of offering a refund they made another bowl for me which I couldn’t eat as I was so feeling sick.I am so disgusting at customer service and no offer of a refund. Instead forcing me to take another bowl which I couldn’t eat.Appalled and disgusted. Still can’t get the long black hair strand image out of my mind.I wrote to head office they said the manager will call me. No one called.Horrible service. Horrible business practice.Still grossed out. Will not be going there again.
