Jim is a stellar individual for whom I have nothing but high praise. When I couldn’t find anyone to come and repair our a/c —which suddenly quit on a swelteringly hot day—Jim came, even though it was 15 minutes before closing time on a Saturday. He came prepared and had the needed part to make the repair as he had anticipated the problem from our phone conversation. The cost of the repair was incredibly reasonable and his service so excellent and friendly. I can not say enough for someone like Jim who cared enough to not leave us in the lurch at an inconvenient time when he could have so easily done so. When we replace our furnace in a year or so, I know who I’m going to call!

Jim and Jill are great. I moved to Lethbridge recently and had never had a home with a furnace before. It stopped working this morning and I gave them a call. Less than two hours later Jim was here and quickly completed the repair, I had a failed igniter. He also gave me a brief tutorial of the furnace and how to maintain and operate it, which was greatly appreciated!
