Awful! The doctor is not even able to make a follow-up! I have been waiting 8 months for him to call me back with the results. This is nonesense and when I try to call the clinic they always hang up. I'd rather not see any doctor than go there

Very pleasant experience every time we go there nice staff members, wonderful doctor like Dr El Diwany Mostafa he is the best. I highly recommand this clinic.

Dr Yesli is the best. Very knowledgeable and very thorough with his analysis and questionnaire. I'm lucky to have him as my family Dr.

Horrible experience. There is no point in making an appointment. Make sure you come on time and wait 1h 30 min. Had to leave because of another engagement. Secretaries are full of themselves and rude. When asked why I am waiting ( even by booking the first apoinment of the day) , they said the Doctor can add patients before you anytime at his discretion. So basically in others words, you don’t matter. Please avoid if you can. I know we have shortage of family doctors, but you will have to face them forever if you stay.

If I could give this clinic a zero I would. We just went because my boyfriend cut his finger open and I’m 9 months pregnant. We decided to go there because it is the closest clinic to us. They refused us because it “was full” the doctor couldn’t even come out to see us to evaluate. The receptionist was incredibly rude. This medical is so flawed it’s absolutely disgusting. They should be ashamed.

Best experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. Dr Yesli was so thorough, kind and considerate! When I arrived for my first appointment, he already had pull up all my information and ordered the tests he felt were needed — and you don’t get the feeling he just wants to get on with the next person. I cant recommend them enough..

Had a very good experience at the clinic.The secretary was pleasant, helpful and efficient. I was seen right on time by Dr. Mohamad Mehdi, who attended to me as a walk-in patient. His caring and humaine approach made all the difference in the world (it is rare these days). Too bad, he does not take new patients as a GP!

The doctors here are great.The receptionists are TERRIBLE. whether in person or over the phone they are cold and rude.And the receptionists do not know how to manage the phone lines. I called, was immediately without a word put on hold for an HOUR, when receptionist FINALLY took the phone she said hello, I literally took 1/2 a second to grab my phone back and she hung up!!!! If you can put me on hold for an HR or even 10 mins you can wait up to 45seconds. That should be a policy! All these receptionists do is add more stress.Now it seems impossible to even leave a voicemail (it's not an option anymore). I had an appointment and didn't receive the call and I can't get through either. What is the point of reception or appointments???

Worst clinic I've ever been too.No free wifi, no music in the waiting room.Bad service. Some of the secretary barely speak French and/or English.They always have problems with appointments and move them without a notice.Got kicked out while waiting for the bus because My appoitment is over and I'm charging my phone and using their electricity"BAD SERVICE.My doctor is a good doctor .. no wonder why she's switching clinic.Very very bad experiences. (Several months going there twice a month.)"

Do not go to this clinic ! 811 had token an app for my baby a few days before but I had canceled it because she was feeling better . But had to take an app again as she got sick again . Once I arrive the receptionist asked to pay 30$ because of the appointment that I didn’t come and that it was canceled less than 24hrs . I did not know this rules as it was my first time attempting this clinic. She went to ask her superior and they refused to see my baby unless I paid the 30$ . Plus they do not take credit card or debit . She told me to go to the bank and get the money when I had a baby that had 39c fever ! So inhumain , we have medical card . But this is out of the world for 30$ you showed your reputation of your clinic and how compassionate you are towards sick people . I have placed a complaint for the médecin bord that you will get contacted very soon.
