Tracy was a wealth of information and she helped me make informative decisions on not just the quartz but also my sink and faucets. The end result is stunning! I am very happy with my new Calacatta Izaro Quartz from MSI. The installers were very nice as well and were on time. No major issues.

Last year we decided to renovate our kitchen ourself. The final piece was getting our countertops. I had gone to almost every countertop shop from Guelph to Mississauga searching for the right countertop within our budget. The minute that I stepped into Graniteworx, there was no doubt in my mind that we were going to find the right one. Not only did they have a huge selection of quartz (which is what we were looking for), but it was their customer service that blew me away. Most shops I walked into, I got very little customer service, if any at all. Quite the opposite was true at Graniteworx. One of their sales/design consultants, Eddy, approached me and very quickly understood the final look that I was going for in my kitchen and was able to direct me to counters that would achieve that look. He was knowledgeable, had a keen sense of design and went above and beyond to help me in finding the perfect piece to complete my project. His customer service was exceptional and impeccable. He truly took the time to understand my needs, explain to me the pros and cons of certain countertops and talking to him about the kitchen was like talking to an old friend who seemed genuinely interested in my project and cared for the final result. I cannot say enough about our experience. In the end, we did pick the perfect piece of carrera grigio quartz and my vision of our kitchen all came together. I would highly recommend doing business with them. Although the kitchen needs a few finishing touches, I've included some pictures.

We were very happy with the selection of granite that was available for our bathroom reno. Tracy was excellent in helping us to make sure that everything worked together (granite,cabinets/floor tile etc). Service was great from start to finish, and our counter, wall cap and shower niches all look great!

An excellent experience from start to finish! We shopped four different companies for our countertops with varying degrees of success. From the time we walked into the showroom at Graniteworx we were impressed. The salesperson Tracy was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful at finding the perfect stone for our house. The gentleman that arrived to take final measurements was very personable, quick and exact. The installation team was very friendly and very good at what they did. Overall we are extremely impressed with the quality of the material and the workmanship of the job. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

EDITING REVIEW AFTER INITIAL 5 STAR RATING- We walked in with no appointment and Jenn helped us right away. Gave us an estimate on the spot. Pricing was easy to understand. Picked our counter and sink and was out in about 45 mins with deposit down and installation booked. That's about when the honeymoon ended... communication was challenging at best, we almost had to ask for our deposit back after several attempts to contact Jenn to book our install. Then we were not happy with the slab we got, it had a significant flaw that was right at the front of the counter and very noticeable. They were not willing to give us a discount or offer any way to fix the slab as it was natural variation.. however we felt that the person who cut the slab should have seen it and altered the orientation of the cuts to hide this flaw.Also had to get them to come back because they didn't install the dishwasher mounting bracket under the counter at first, but at least they did return and fix it pretty quickly. We are still having communication issues with billing as we need our bill updated before we can pay.... just a disaster all around. We also mentioned that we have 2 more kitchens we are renovating and were planning to use Graniteworx, however I think we will be trying out the competition for our next project.

We ordered our new beautiful granite counter and sink through GRANITEWORX and have had an excellent experience. We initially tried to purchase throughout a well known Kitchener company but they did not come through. GRANITEWORX was a pleasure to deal with and very flexible!!Tracy, our consultant was outstanding, the service and the installers were just as excellent!! We were DIY for livingroom and kitchen renovations. We went to Granitworx to see about granite counter tops and we were very surprised on price and affordable. Aneta helped us with our plans and reviewed all options in the showroom.Our cottage lake theme - we could not be happier with our kitchen. Thank you for all your help, we love our kitchen.

I have never written an online review before but our experience with this company warrants a review to ensure no one else goes through a similar experience. My wife and I went into Graniteworx to have our bathroom countertop replaced. Everything was great when we went into order the countertop and we received the countertop and installation date quickly. They sent a templater in to measure the existing countertop and that is when everything went downhill. When the team came to install, the countertop was 2” shorter than the original countertop but never told us that until they completed the install. There was now a 2” gap between the unfinished wall and the new countertop backsplash. When we went back in the next day to let them know about the error, they had the audacity to tell us that they leave a standard 1/2” overhang (which doesn’t make sense since it was 2” gap) and that if we didn’t want the standard overhang we should have told the templater! We didn’t even know about this standard overhang until after everything was installed as there was no communication about that anywhere. Our estimate had the correct dimensions on them, so we did not think there would be any issue.We could not believe this lack of acknowledgement of their mistake and they even tried to redirect the error on us for not providing them with the correct dimensions of the countertop (which is mind-blowing as they had the original countertop length to work with).We decided it was probably easier to keep the countertop installed and just ask for some compensation since we have to have the wall repaired and painted. We went back and forth for almost 2 months, writing emails and popping in the store asking for updates. Near the end of the two months, they even asked us to stop coming in the store and just email as we suspect they did not like having other customers overhear the error.In the end, they offered us $50.00 on a $1,600 invoice as they thought that was “fair” compensation to offset the cost of bringing someone in to fix the wall and materials. We decided just to pay the original invoice as the $50.00 felt like a slap in the face. After the disaster of using this company, we will never be using Graniteworx again and will be telling all our friends and family to never use them.
