The Sources add on policy is so tone deaf! I went in for the cheapest memory card possible and was asked if I wanted to up grade my phone. I’ve been to this store before for a cheap item and the same thing. At no point is a phone upgrade an “at till sale” it costs hundreds of dollars to get out of a phone contract and is not something I want to do when buying an $18 memory card.Please do not reply to this review saying you will pass on the feedback to the store because I know 100% the sales rep doesn’t want to sell it either. Things are already expensive right now. Don’t make things hard for your customers and your staff.

Terrible experince, waited 3 weeks for a claim for my warranty. Was told that I would get a gift card in replacement for the product they did not have in stock anymore. Instead they offered me a product of crappier quality. When I asked where is my gift card that was promised, I was told they do not have the authority to offer me a giftcard. Worst experince at The source in my life. Have bought from other locations in the past and have had seamless experinces even when it got difficult.

They have great customer service. I showed up to buy a new video game but they unfortunately were out. But rather than just saying sorry and ignoring me (looking at you Best Buy), they looked in their system for other stores that might have it, called immediately, and asked them to put it on hold for me. Great service!
