Ver pleased with this bank and location. Staff is super freindly and fast. They always move lines along very quick and there is plenty of parking. The only location i go to.

Staffs are always helpful with all they can do for customers. They are one of the strongest ones in customer service and well behavior. Completely satisfy and happy to do my banking with this branch of RBC.

I have been an RBC customer for 20 years. But this year my family and I made the switch to Conexus.The staff at this location are very knowledgeable but you can be waiting in line at the teller for what seems like an eternity.I have also had some serious errors in paperwork at this location. When I submit something as simple as a change in payment options for our mortgage you shouldn't screw it up.It is not a fault of this location, but we switched away from RBC for two reasons:1) I shouldn't have to pay you money to bank with you each month2) When I say to stop calling me offering 'great' additional services I really mean it.

We enjoyed our experience at this branch when meeting with a customer service representative to purchase one of their financial products. Do we do our daily banking here? No. But I do recommend them for their investment products.

Very bad experience with customer service, went there to open an account and Representative name Anthoni was very rude, he do not want give answer for queries and just replying rudely now I decided not to open account with this bank

Tried numerous times to call their phone # , And can not get through ever. Recording keeps hanging up on your call. Would be very scary if traveling. Will not take this master card traveling.

Not to busy here compared to other locations around the city. 2 ATMS inside and 1 drive through ATM. Very kind and helpful staff.

Rude staff. The South Asian girl at the counter has no knowledge and lacks basic manners. The manager she had to ask about my inquiry was even worse. Just a blunt NO to my inquiry. Just absolutely pathetic. I'll be switching my bank very soon because you are the worst of the big five. Change your attitude or lose people's money.

Been with RBC for 11years ever since i came here in canada. I’ve always been deposited cheques at the teller and there’s always no problem. But today, is the first time that there’s problem with my cheque and its the same cheque I’ve been depositing ever since. Its so frustrating their manager told me that there’s gonna be a hold on my cheque for 4 days or i go to scotiabank for a cashout. I went to scotiabank to ask if i could cashout my cheque since i needed money to pay bills. Their teller just told me they will give me partial cash but they will hold the rest of my money for 5 days since they will declare the cheque to the company. This is frustrating.
