Best dry cleaners in the city, I have two in my area and I still travel about 25 mins just to go to them which says a lot. I’ve brought some shirts with stains that I never thought would come out and they worked miracles. Friendly & professional!

Stitching was messy and lengths were uneven. I had to go back to get them to clean up the stitchings as there were loose threads. She also didnt believe me when i said the my pants lengths were uneven.

It's been a couple months and honestly it's still been bothering me how I was treated. I had brought a pair of Aritzia sweat pants to get dry cleaned that I had worn once and within the hour had stained with pasta sauce. I had tried removing the stain myself and when it didn't work I brought it to the professionals, so I thought. I figured worst case they can't remove it and I would try dying the set to a darker colour. Like I mentioned the set was brand new literally worn for an hour and it was expensive! I had brought the matching sweater and pants. My mom had gone in to pick it up as I waited in the car, paid for the item and left. Being anxious I obviously checked right away to see if the stain was gone...imagine my shock when not only the stain was still there (which again I was okay with) but the pants had a much of small holes in the front area. They must have washed the pants with other items that damaged my pants. I was modified that as a company they allowed my mom to pay for the damaged item and didn't mention anything. I immediately went back in to confront them on the damage, at first they tried to say I brought them in like that because yes I would pay almost $15 bucks to dry clean ripped pants that makes total sense. She later said they would take the pants back and call me once she's had time to speak with the owner. Three weeks later I haven't heard back and went in to see what was happening. She brought the pants out and said the owner agreed to pay $35 bucks....$35 bucks for a $90+ pants that were discounted in the colour way I had (so I could never buy the matching pants for the sweater, I would have to purchase a whole new set if I wanted a matching set which I did) also purchased the sweater in. I told her that was completely unacceptable as the pants were worth much more then that and she suggested I try purchasing a CHEAPER pair, her exact words. So not only did they damage my item, they tried blaming me then they offered me a ridiculously low amount for the item. Dry-cleaners have insurance for these situations. I understand mistakes happen but how the company addressed the issue was completely unprofessional and why they lost me as client. If they had told my mom right at the beginning what happened, offered to compensate her for the damage I honestly would have still gone back. I've had things happen at other drycleaner locations and that's exactly how it was handled. Anyways they did go up to $60 and tried to sew up my pants but I can't really wear them out because it looks terrible I ultimately had to take the loss. I decided to post this review because a good friend of mine called today to say they did the same to her as well, so clearly this is a pattern in their practice, damaging items and still letting patrons pay for the service without notifying them. Anyways so many other great dry-cleaners in the area Lan-Ray cleaners have been amazing!
