I really wish there was a zero star option. Possibly the worst service at a drive through (took about 15 minutes to place an order with no one in front), absolutely rude personnel (when I asked for an extra sauce I got told they didn’t give extra, and that it would be $1.25 at the window if I wanted it), and then only received about half the food I ordered (nothing in the actual order was correct, including drinks) This along with the most important…. my girlfriend having the tenders and being incredibly ill (I’ll spare the details) for the past few hours.We love the odd Popeye’s at home, so I’m not saying Popeye’s on a whole is bad at all, but this establishment should be shut down. I will never be returning to it, and would caution all to avoid it, and read the raw food reviews below, because I wish I did. Hopefully the franchise checks these and saves face quickly.

Used to be my favourite fast food spot, but the quality has declined over the years. The last straw is seeing two dead cockroahes beside the kitchen. Do better!

Standard Popeyes food. Haven't gotten any raw chicken, yet.When I go to a fast food drive thru there is a basic experience expected. Somehow they rarely get it right.They have the worst service. The drive thru is always slow. There is no sense to how or when they take orders. Had to wait a few mins, with 1 or 0 people ahead of me, for them to even take my order.It doesn't seem like they are understaffed, but they always seem to have a hard time getting well cooked food out in a timely fashion.Even had them forget to put pickles on a chicken sandwich. The sandwich has three ingredients, four if you count the bun, mayo, pickles, chicken. How do they forget the pickles?Gives me the impression that they don't care about the service.Management needs to take care of this location and figure out what they are doing wrong.The massive amount of negative reviews, and pictures of raw chicken, is honestly disturbing.Regret trying to get a sandwich tonight because I'm going to be waiting so long. Told me 10 minutes for chicken, after I'd already paid.

This has to be the single worst fast food restaurant. The champion of horrible customer service. I do not know how else to explain, the person taking the order did not know what numbers correlated to the menu. Then while ordering two combos, stating fries with one and onion rings with the other, I get to the window to hear her say I only have one combo.This restaurant is lucky that they are net hungry university students other wise they would be shut down.

Ordered 5 piece tender combo and fries FRESHLY made. They gave me soggy fries and chicken that was stale and smell bad. I went back and ask for freshly made again. First two pieces of meat were okay. The last three was so hard and tuff like it was reheated multiple times. The fries on tops were okay. I won’t be eating from here again very deceitful. Giving ppl over cooked meat and saying it was dropped fresh.

Okay yeah I love Popeyes usually, but this particular location has absolutely horrendous service for a fast food place. It’s inexcusable.Wait times are insane, customers are ignored and their concerns considered unimportant. Staff can be seen doing absolutely nothing in the kitchen or moving extremely slowly. A lady even ordered her burger 20 min in advance using the app but still had to wait 30 mins to receive it.It needs desperate help

This location has poor quality control and service. Items are constantly missing from my orders. Most recent was ordering a 12 piece and opening the bag at home realizing there's only 10. Had to drive all the way back to prove it was wrong.

I ordered a dinner for my family through Skip tonight. 8 piece meal with fries and 2 cokes. I got diet cokes and all of the chicken thighs were all raw in the middle. Tried calling the store and there is no answer and no option to leave a message. Rather disappointing.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was raw got a replacement and it was raw again and they told me they could only give in store credit (for another raw sandwich). When I suggested that they could be serving raw chicken sandwiches to other customers they did not care. This place is a health hazard DO NOT GO HERE!
