They called me and started saying about random person that i owe money. She was trying to rule the conversation. She said we are very busy. And then i asked her why you texted me. And she put me on hold and hung up. BIG BIG SCAM

Definitely a scam, I called because I was confident there was no issues with my credit. When they pressed me for more information about myself and I said no, they hung up. Don't bother with them.

If I could give no star that would be my true review to their very terrible customer service. The agent who picked up my call hang up on me while I was still talking. I received a letter from them claiming that I owe the money to a company named Precise Parklink Inc. I had paid the parking fee for sure which I owe them nothing. That leaves me a question whether this company has partnered with this collect agency company to fraud? No matter what, I feel very irritating which I would report to police to investigate. The worse when it affects my credit I might need to take legal action.

I got same experience as those people who left the reviews. The women just yelled at me on the phone when I ask why I got them to call me. It looks like they just want to obtain your information.,not sound like legal business.

PLEASE do not provide any information to these people. DO NOT be bullied.I have been receiving calls regarding a ‘collections’ debt… It’s complete garbage, I have no debts overdue.I have reported them to the BBB for scam investigation and this little grift they are perpetrating is dangerous.This IS NOT an accredited business.

This place is a scam. Send me a letter for an over due parking ticket for a car I haven’t drove in years. Please report this fraudulent business to better business bureau so they can take actions to shut down this place.

Scam for sure. Got a voice msg asked me to call back for owning money. I only called back because somehow they got my name and my phone number. The agent said I own direct energy money and wanted me provide more personal info to verify and open" my file. But I have never used Direct Energy. Therefore

I've had the same home phone number for 30 years, and these geniuses started robo calling me asking for someone else. Tried to call them back multiple times, to tell them to remove my number from their system, and after being on hold for 20+ minutes each time, they disconnect the line. You'd think they would answer their phone if they wanted people to call them and pay them money.

They added a 150 dollar debt to my credit report and I have never heard of the debt when I called them to try and work it out the lady on the other end actually raised her voice at me and said its my own fault. I said what is the debt for . Maybe if you can help me understand I could make an arrangement but she told me I should know all my debts and that I'm not responsible if I don't know why there calling me . Than the next day I spoke with a man he was nicer to me but told me I had poor money management skills if I can't pay off 150$ debt to somewhere and I don't know what it's for .Than I get told it was a parking ticket from Manitoba and I live 2000km away from Manitoba and have never been inside winnepeg before but yet I had a traffic ticket downtown winnepeg .They didn't believe me ealbeven though my address is in alberta
