I read the reviews before registering for the dog training classes. Boy was I disappointed! The trainers methods were out dated. For example, to teach your dog recall you have someone hold your dog away from you and you call your dog, throw a treat through your legs and after the dog runs past you, you jump 180 degrees and repeat. I don't want my dog to run past me when called! There was more bad training techniques but too many negatives to post. I quit the classes and requested a refund and was given a partial refund with no explanation why.
