Walked into this place and was taken care of right away. Our family is planning a cross country trip and we needed a new truck by July.Jeff Stewart is a top notch guy and found us a truck within minutes of searching his computer. He set us up to test drive the same model truck and made sure my wife was comfortable leaving the lot.Nothing bad to say about this experience, if you're in need of a vehicle go see Jeff!

Our vehicle purchase experience from Jack Carter was excellent! Even though it is hard to get certain vehicles with current supply chain issues and our original vehicle waiting to be accepted into production, Jeff Stewart managed to put us in a vehicle that was very close to the one we have on order. I can not tell you how difficult it is to buy a car right now but I am so happy I decided to buy my new car at Jack Carter Chev. From the moment Curtis introduced himself I knew we were in good hands. He left no stone unturned in trying to ensure we were given everything we needed and were 110% satisfied in the end. The website appears to be visually appealing and informative, but it lacks clarity regarding their delivery process. My dissatisfaction began when I placed an order for a part on Thursday, only to receive an email on Saturday stating that I needed to provide my credit card number, including its expiry date. The reason given was that the ordered part was oversized and required an additional fee for delivery. It is utterly unacceptable and insecure to expect customers to send their card details via email. Nevertheless, I responded promptly within 15 minutes, sharing the requested information.To address my concerns, I attempted to contact Lenard, but to my dismay, he was already out of the office. Despite leaving multiple messages, I did not receive any communication from him until the following Wednesday. Frustrated by the lack of responsiveness, I decided to call again. It took three attempts before I finally managed to reach him in person. Even then, he showed little interest in processing my payment or providing any information regarding the delivery. Instead, he promised to check and get back to me.As if the situation couldn't get worse, I received yet another email on Friday, just three days later, demanding the CVV number of my credit card. I was utterly shocked! In the normal world, sharing such sensitive card details via email is an absolute no-go. Unfortunately, it seems that businesses in Canada are shockingly outdated in their practices.In summary, my order was delivered a painstakingly long ten days later, leaving me with a deep sense of disappointment. The entire experience was marred by the mishandling of my personal data and the complete absence of customer service.2. After this review the company commented that I might want to call its service manager. Why? They have my email and phone number on file. If they would like to deal with it, they can call me or email. Why would I need to call? What’s the reason? To await on the line?

We had a fabulous experience with Jack Carter over 18 months! We built and ordered our new C8 with Tony and this week we finally received our new car. Tony was patient, offered excellent suggestion and advice, went the extra mile to ensure we had the best service and experience. Brad help us with finalizing all the details at the end. Mark gave us a lot of time with orientation and set up.Thank you to a great team for an experience we will never forget.
