Dr. Sofranova and her staff are extremely warm and caring. She took the time to listen and understand our issues and went above and beyond with the time she dedicated to us. The pharmacist Sam was also very friendly and made sure he explained our prescription details fully. Very lucky to have this clinic in our neibourhood!

Dr. Sofranova was amazing! I came as a walk in today and I felt that the process from reception to prescription was completely phenomenal. Dr. S. Is very knowledgeable and caring when addressing my concerns- you can tell she is a very compassionate doctor and is doing what she can to help. Very approachable, friendly, and welcoming clinic. If I lived in Waterloo- I would make this my clinic of choice with Dr. S as my family doctor. Easy 5 star rating!

Called before I came for injections with my son. Told it would not be a long wait. The place was not too busy when I arrived. But a 2 hour wait is beyond reasonable. Yes I know it's a walking but I had no other options! Took so long I left... Would not mind if I did not have to wait 30 minutes after the injection on top!

The whole environment was warm, friendly and relaxing... Eugene and Sam are wonderful people, super helpful, cheerful and explained in details all I needed to know and enlightened me a great deal! I must say that I did not regret going to this East Bridge Walk -in and Dr Sofronova...her smile, her passion to help and ensure you are treated to the best of her abilities, is second to none! She is amazing and yes! I have found where I would love my family and I to go for our medical care with this awesome walk in clinic of life! They are the very best!

Went to check on my eye and I was the only client in the waiting area. The doctor was super nice and helpful, genuinely seemed like she cares. The receptionist and pharmacist are very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend to come to this clinic.

I went to this walk-in clinic this morning, and I had one of the best experiences ever with a physician’s office. First of all, the staff were very friendly and very welcoming. I saw Dr. Safranova who took the time to explain to me the medication she was going to prescribe and ensured I understood everything about it even though it was just everyday use medicine. She was thorough and took her time, unlike many other walk-ins where the doctors see you for two minutes prescribes medication and just walk out of the room.She’s so knowledgeable and approachable. I would highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Sofranova and I will be coming back for sure.I then picked up my medicine from the pharmacy there as well and Sam was really nice and very knowledgeable and was more than happy to answer all my questions. I would also strongly recommend this pharmacy. I had a great experience overall at this medical clinic.

Love this clinic. Dr. S is amazing. Eugene is amazing. Sam (pharmacist) is so kind and friendly. D the receptionist is so cool.Will make you feel welcome. Will take care if you and make you feel comfortable.Transgender and non-binary people are so welcome here. Very safe space.Doctors notes can be paid for with other methods of Payment other then cash which is so helpful and unusual.Love the clinic and Staff here!

Had a wait a while as a walk in patient but completely understandable as others had appointments before me. The wait was well worth it, the doctor spent a considerable amount of time giving me a diagnosis. If you're looking for proper care from a walk in clinic and don't want to be receive quick and rushed treatment, this is the clinic you should be attending.
