Budget Car Rental

Rented a car through their website and when we went there they said we don’t have car. We called customer services and heard the same thing. Very disappointed.

Punished for my TrustI've been this location's customer for many years, but never again after this week's nightmare experience. I was asked if I needed the LDW. I clearly said No. I'm covered by my credit card." I was presented with a contract in narrow and small fonts (from a dot matrix printer!) and asked to just initial and sign. Due to being a repeat customer I didn't go through the small prints and just initialled and signed.On the day I returned my car I was charged an extra $300+ for LDW and another item of service (which I still don't know what).Compare this to another rental company which I used a few months ago. They showed me the extra items on an iPad in large font

Booked a sedan and got a cargo. There is little to none customer service. Returning the vehicle was the only part that was satisfactory as I did not talk to a soul.This visit is from February 2021

I've rented two very nice cars here without any problems.

I was not even shown the car, they just handed over the rental car keys, paper work and told me to go and take the car. Whereas enterprise rental person used to take me to car, inspect the car for any issues, check mileage, explain what other plans or addons I can add.

I dont' know why my name say Funny Skits but this ain't funny. 0 stars IF I COULD! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHAMEFUL .. If you want someone to Wallahi Alazim you and be lying than this your place, shame on the employee wallahi'd to my face and was still lying! I rented from this place 3 times in the past month and they never had the appropriate car ready for when I arrived or yet any cars at one incident. Sent me off in a dirty, crumb filled van. Each time Ive rented from this location Ive had to go to the airport to exchange vehicles. Do not waste your time. Give your money to a business that appreciates its customers and values their word. BACK TO ENTERPRISE I GO! :)

Good car and was great service lack of star was for price

I have been a customer with Budget Car Rental in Burnaby for years. Aseem is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely accommodating. He makes the entire experience quick and seamless. I would definitely recommend renting a vehicle from here.

Aseem was great. The website said the Hyundai venue was a compact SUV which turned out to be not true so Aseem quickly changed our car to something more suitable for us. We had an easy pick up and drop off experience and the price was better than any of the other places we checked out.

Aseem very good guy told me how to get a better price on my rental saving me a couple hundred dollars. Good to know he thinking about his customers money and how to save money for his customers.
