Now I don’t usually write reviews but after a long day at work, and seeing that’s UGG were on sale (which never happens) I decided to head to the eaton center and pick up some new winter boots.Now let me tell you it was an AMAZING experience!!!!!!!Giuseppe and Ryan both greeted me from different angles, and right away offered their assistance. Giuseppe was kind and let Ryan take the lead, but still chatted and helped decide on what’s the best boot. I was unsure between two UGG boots, and a third I was eyeing didn’t have my size- but Ryan got right on the computer and told me they could ship it to my house.I decided upon a pair and had the one shipped to my house, so headed to the check out. Where Orianne assisted me, she double checked my address was correct (which I truly appreciate) and processed my sale.All three of these employees were an absolute pleasure to come across after a long tiring day- they were so friendly, helpful and experts in assisting me make the right choice for the long cold winter that’s around that corner.Browns shoes- you should truly appreciate these three employees!! They made the rest of my day and I’m loving my new boots and super excited for my other ones to come right to my door :)

Needed winter boots in a pinch and these guys pulled through. It was super hectic in the store, since it was Black Friday and they had great sales. But I thought the staff handled the pressure well - not to mention the boots I wanted were $30-$40 off! Sizes were tricky but I couldn’t blame them, given the time of year. Happy with my purchase and my visit!

I recently visited Browns Shoes and had the pleasure of being helped by Jade. I have to say, he is an exceptional sales associate! I was struggling to find the perfect pair of shoes, but he patiently and kindly helped me navigate through the store until I found exactly what I was looking for. Jade was very knowledgeable about the products, and his suggestions were spot-on. He had a smile on his face throughout the whole process, and I never once felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. Jade's welcoming demeanor made my shopping experience a truly enjoyable one. I highly recommend visiting Browns Shoes and asking for Jade, he will help you find the perfect fit and make sure you leave with a smile on your face!

Going here today made my experience very bad. I often go to this store and have never encountered such a problem. Today, I pushed a stroller here just to change my shoes, because the size is small. I went directly to the cashier and told the cashier that I needed to change my size. The cashier asked another girl to go to the warehouse to get it, and then told me to wait beside me. She would help others check out first. I said I could wait by the side. Not long after, another employee suddenly came and asked me what I was going to do. I said I would change my shoes. She said I needed to wait in line. I said I had just waited in line. The girl asked me to wait by the side for a while. Which lady still insisted that I wait in line? I said my receipt was still at the cashier's desk. I said, why should I continue to wait in line? Which lady said that because everyone else was ahead of me. Then I got a little angry and confused, because your staff asked me to wait nearby, but you asked me to queue up again, because you told me they weren't ready, so I needed to queue up again? Very incomprehensible. In the meantime, another employee asked me to push the stroller to another place, and he still looked disgusted? Because my stroller takes up space. I can only ask my family to push the car out and wait. Then I asked a lady to handle the return for me, because I don't want to spend money in this store.Which lady told me not to wait in line again, and would change the goods for me immediately. I can only say that maybe that lady just dislikes Chinese people.

Don’t get excited by the prices they have even for the most expensive shows in their shelves. A couple of weeks ago I bought a nice brand shoes. I wear it only once for a couple of hours and barely walked with. Guess what, the brand name on the sole became unreadable and the color that was on letters was just scattered.I was doubting about the quality and the guarantee those people can offer to their customers. I will never trust Brown’s again even for a 2000$ shoes this is my last time buying from thereBe careful folks!! That’s all I have to say

I had a great experience today at Browns Eaton Centre location! I knew what boot I was looking for and easily found it on display. A man named Daniel saw I was looking for a size and helped me immediately. There was only one left in my size but unfortunately the right side of the pair had been misplaced. He apologized and offered right away to order it for me or check another location!! He came back with great news that as he was about to check another location he noticed there was another pair in my size in their offsite stock location. The team was very quick and got it in a timely manner! Daniel was very kind and helpful. I was actually in a little bit of a rush which I didn’t mention so I greatly appreciate how fast they were while still offering great customer service. Would definitely shop at this location again!

I was there yesterday, and they are very helpful specially Sanchit Soni , he was helping me for find comfortable shoes and i am very satisfied from them

Had a great experience in store last week! Rodrigue was extremely patient as my friend and I searched for winter boots! He was happy to provide recommendations and offered advice when I was deciding between two options! Very happy with my new boots! Thank you Rodrigue!
