Excellent customer service from the time you walk in the door, to the time you leave. You are greeted with a warm smile and friendly hello. You can really feel that the staff genuinely care. Dr. Bachra was personable, thorough, and kind. I will definitely be recommending this place to others. Thank you!

I'm so happy I found Dr. Bachra! I had an urgent eye issue and she fit me in right away when my regular optometrist, who I have been seeing for years, would not. She and her staff are lovely and she treated my eye issue immediately. I was very impressed with the service and professionalism and will be coming here regularly.

Before going to Lifetime Eyecare, I was extremely concern about my eyes. I went to a near by Optometrist prior and had such a terrible experience. Thanks to Dr Bachra, I finally found a great doctor who is truly passionate about what she does, and cares about her patients. She answered all my questions, calmed my worries and anxiety, and was able to identify the issue causing my eyes to dry. She also had great recommendations. If I could give her 10 stars I would. The girls at the front desk were also courteous and treated me very well. My overall experience at Lifetime Eyecare was excellent. Thank you again.

Did not feel I was treated fairly here. Dr. Bachra seemed nice at first but in the end, was insincere and unkind in her mannerisms. Did not explain the process clearly and I was 'passed off' several times to others, less unwilling to deal with me so they could get down to brass tax and up-selling me for anything they could. I think everyone is trying to do their best here, especially the admin staff but I have had better experiences elsewhere.

Love this place. Been here quite a few times for new lenses as well as my eye exam. I work around lots of dust so my lenses always end up scratched. Never once has anyone ever tried to upsell me on new glasses. So much better than the big chain stores I used to go to.

Dr. Bachran is a remarkable optometrist. She is open to my questions on how to take care of my eyesight. Taban is accomodating and helped me chose the glasses that fits. Great experience.

I was in search for an optometrist, and a friend of mine recommended Lifetime Eyecare in New Westminster. Which was very convenient for me. I easily set up an appointment that work great with my schedule. Dr.Bachra was extremely thorough through the eye exam. As I did learn that my eyesight has changed..With their well organized establishment I was able to do one-stop shop!! I must have tried on about 40+ pairs of glasses, with the help of their friendly and honest staff. I was able to find a couple of pairs that worked for me! As I was about to purchase them, Paul approached me to see if I was happy with their wide selection of eye wear. He also provided his honest approval on how well the glasses I chose fit and brought out my eyes.They made the process so seamless.I would highly recommend Lifetime Eyecare to anyone, including my family and friends. If you are in search for an optometrist you will not be disappointed.Look forward to my next visit in purchase for sunglasses.

Second year visit and highly recommended. The optometrist takes her time and knows her stuff. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Biggest surprise was getting a decent price for lenses to go with my old frames (from an online retailer but no prob for Lifetime). All around positive experience.

My husband and I have been coming to Lifetime Eyecare for years. This is by far the best eyecare experience we have ever had. Dr. Bachra is very detailed with each examination. She is genuine, caring and attentive. The entire staff is pleasant, helpful and respectful of our time.We also need the care of an Ophthalmologist and Dr. Diep is exceptional. In the past, I have been to other retinal specialists where the experience was very demoralizing and the wait time could be as long as 1-2 hours. Dr. Diep is totally different; he is personable and open. The appointments are always on time and conducted with care and efficiency.I now live in Vancouver but I will always come back to Lifetime Eyecare for all my eye care. You really are the best! Thank you!

Went in yesterday to get an eye exam for both kiddos and myself and it was great! My very sensitive and anxious son came out all smiles and my girl said it was fun". :) Got a great detailed description of both my kids and for myself. Front staff and Dr Le were amazing. Thank you!"
