Guy name Richard, he is literally rude and harassing people. Have no experience have no manners have zero customer service. Bad experience I’ve ever had.

If there was less than 1 star i would give it to these people. they screwed up my taxes and after i got many letters from CRA, i had to contact them and they said they will do my family taxes for free this year since it was their fault. I showed up and i was surprised when they told me it's only my taxes that are free and i have to pay for my wife's. the taxes they screwed up were both mine and my wife's and as consequence we got less child tax money for a whole year. the owner and the person who promised for no tax fee this year was there when i went, and not only that she didn't apologize for screwing us up our taxes causing us having troubles CRA and wasted lots of our time trying to figure out what was the issue with our taxes, she also said in a very nasty sarcastic way to go elsewhere and pay over 100 dollars to get my taxes done, after i decided to leave because she didn't fulfill her promise of doing our tax for free, i said as i was walking out ( Thank you Valerie for your GREAT Service(being sarcastic) i Rather pay over 100 dollars and get my taxes done right instead of doing them with her and get screwed up again).

Open one day out of the week and no number to call on days that you are closed? What a joke - will never use this service again.

Very bad experience. They made mistake and also didn’t explain how they calculated tax and not giving proper information. I will suggest everyone not to go at this location. Then I went to first tax they just took 10mint to solve the mistake and given proper information about taxes.

Just had my taxes completed by Valeria at Libery Tax, and wow was I impressed with her professionalism, knowledge of tax issues and over and above customer service. As tax season can be a painful experience, Valeria was a breath of fresh air. My wife and I were in and out in no time. Guess who will be doing our taxes again next year, Valeria.

Made almost $400 mistake and mistake was found by revenue Canada. Did not return call when said they would and when I called was told manager was not in and they couldn’t find information. Then called back by same person 15 minutes later and told it would take 2 weeks to look into even though they have already received my refund from Revenue Canada. When asked for head office number was given a number to an office in Calgary. If I could rate them a ZERO I would.In short they have no idea what they are doing and I would have my 7 year old do my taxes before I ever went back here.

Don't go here!Please save yourself a whole lot of trouble!Valerie did my taxes last year and messed them up! Now I'm being audited. I called Revenue Canada to see what was going on, and they said that they would have contacted the person who did the taxes first, before contacting me. Liberty tax just ignored said messages and didn't fix anything until I showed up and demanded things to be fixed. She not only blamed someone else, who doesn't work there anymore, for the screw up (I guess she thought I would't remember who did my taxes?), but also no apology or anything! Now I owe money.

Been going to this place for years. But this tax time. The guy they had working there was clueless. Said I owed zero money. Told me I had a return. Just for the government to call me a week later saying I do owe money and its all wrong. If you're reading this and thinking about going there RUN". You have lost a loyal customer. Do better.I would give zero stars if I could."

This woman who does the tax returns is too busy talking about everything but taxes she will miss things and when you question her she puts it back on you that your tax return well is 80% less than what you normally get but is normal in her eyes. When asking for a copy of the information she has so I can find someone else to do the return she hands my papers with all my personal information over to someone (in my family thank goodness) not in a envelope, it could have been anyone picking up those papers and she didn't even ask who the person was. This woman even told me, when I was questioning my low return, if I had more kids I could get more money like the mothers on welfare. Real classy lady. She should not be in business or at least take a privacy and confidentiality course. These weekend courses for people doing your tax return isn't enough. If you are going to Liberty Tax for a return I suggest doing it yourself. You're far better off.

160$ to file a joint claim for my wife and I. Only took the guy 10 minutes and we only had 2 T4s. Total rip off. Won't be coming back here ever again. I'd go elsewhere if I were you.
