People need to chill. Staffing issues can cause delays in cleaning practices as the business needs to prioritize food service, especially in the reality of the pandemic and post-pandemic. Good food can take time with less staff.I come in for takeout about once a week, and yes, it takes a bit longer sometimes but the staff are friendly, helpful, make good recommendations and I have never been disappointed with the food. Also, the staff look young enough to be learning the ropes of a new job.I appreciate that they're open later than the mall, as I work nearby and there is almost no other affordable and healthy option for takeout after 6PM several evenings each week.And trust me, a bit of caked on food on a dish is not the end of the world. The dish went through a superheated dishwasher cycle - you're not in imminent danger, Karen.

Upon recent visits, we have found the amount of ingredients has declined compared to other locations. They seemed to short change us on the extra ingredients as well (4 halves of cherry tomatoes, 6 PC's of chicken). We don't feel full or content when ordering from this location.First time visiting here, I found it to be extremely quick with everyone in the resteraunt. Good flavor, will visit again

Horrible location horrible service. They never answer their phone. EVER! It’s 3 in the afternoon and been trying to callFor hours. Just rings and rings. No answering machine just disconnects. The other two locations are great. Never had a problem. Was trying to order last night may 23 tried calling for one wrap about 630. Rang and rang. Arrived about 730 pm about 1/2 before closing. One guy cleaning and 1-2 behind the counter to place my order. Didn’t seem too concerned on why they never answer their phone. Looked and said oh looks like the ringer is off. Yah it’s always off because this had happened a few times before. As I live on this part of kelowna it’s difficult to have to drive all the way to the mission location. Quickly made my order along with another lady who walked in the door. Got it home and it was awful. Not happy at all as I’ve been a frequent customer of the other two locations in town and it’s always been great. Good good great service and they answer their darn phone. Tried calling today may 24 to speak to the manager or owner. Surprise surprise again no answer for hours. Found out west kelowna and the Mission location is the same owner. But a different owner for the orchard plaza. This location is right by the theatres in a major strip mall and central in the heart of Kelowna yet any time I’ve gone there it’s not busy at all if even one table of people. What is going on? I’m not a happy customer one bit !!

I've been a loyal customer for years, but unfortunately the past few times i've ate at chopped leaf, it's been a consecutively bad experience. Today i waited 25 minutes for my bowl and when i finally got it, it was made wrong (which is fine, mistakes happen). I sent it back, and the second time around was worse than the first. They remade it with cold chicken (like it just came out of the fridge), a rotten avocado, and missing ingredients. It was so bad I couldn't even eat it. Not to mention, my boyfriend ordered a cranberry pesto sandwich which was cold and soggy. The only reason I've rated it 2 stars instead of 1 star is because I'm hoping the other locations are better.

Overall this is a great place! But to spend almost $20 on a bowl *to go* only to see they barley packed it is disappointing. It taste great just don’t think the quantity of food matches the price I paid.

This location used to be awesome a year or two ago! Felt like the food was of value and well made, with lots of ingredients. Went today and the menu has changed slightly. Ordered my regular wrap and it came with no rice, probably 25% less food, and made slower. Used to love this place but now feel disappointed and won’t be going back. Don’t even try going to the Lakeshore location. Very few ingredients for a $15 wrap. Also no toilet paper in the washrooms and place appears dirty.

Hands down one of the worst take-out dining experiences I have ever had. Sure I only spent $25 in total, but for a $10 meal deal I'd like my food to resemble food and not be a greasy mealy mess that was less satisfying than perhaps eating the bag it got delivered in.If I wanted canned soup I wouldn't order from a restaurant. I'm using the term restaurant loosely here because I am not convinced they know what fresh ingredients are or how to cook.The misleading advertising on the size of their portions I could forgive if I got to eat a lovely soup and wrap... however, I did not get to enjoy a lovely soup and wrap. I am dismayed at this abysmal excuse for food.My cat does like the bag, so that was an expensive cat toy at best!

The food was great. Healthy, light with lots of vegetarian options. Unfortunately, the customer service wasn’t good. It was 3 teenage boys having wired conversation with each other. But overall a good experience. I will go back.

The staff was very friendly. I had noticed that the booth seating was pretty shabby with worn and ripped vinyl benches. Our sandwiches were take out and pretty disgusting. Bread was soggy on the inside and greasy on the outside. Sandwich which was asked to be toasted was fried so lettuce inside was wet and wilted rather than crisp along with not much chicken . Pretty much a soggy hot mess. I would not recommend this to anyone or ever go back. I don't believe the company lives up to what their stated mission is. A complete waste of my hard earned money.

So disappointed with this place. I used to love coming here but I definitely won't bother anymore. The rice was either undercooked or very overcooked; every single bite of my rice bowl was crunchy from bad rice. They also forgot" some of the ingredients so I had to bug them just to get what I had paid for. The restaurant was also filthy. There were two employees there doing nothing and we were the only customers and we still had to wash our own table because every table was covered in smeared sauce and crumbs. Seriously gross and rice is literally one of the easiest things to cook."
