Me and my family had stayed at this hotel for about a week and this was probably the best hotel we have ever gone to! Everyone there was super nice and the service was fast! There is this lovely woman named Gina who works the breakfast room and she makes the best breakfast ever and is the sweetest soul! The rooms where nice and clean and pet friendly! You even get you own little treat! The maids are very nice, pool was clean and fun and had a very big slide! The hotel is only ten minutes from the mall so me and my siblings would walk there a lot. In conclusion this hotel is the best and I highly recommend staying here!Thank you Hampton team for the best service!

Service was great. Rooms are spacious and renovated. Good housekeeping service. Waterslides is fast and fun for the kids. Continental breakfast was one of the best and serving right up until closing. Hotel was accommodating to all yet still very quiet in halls and doors don’t slam!

Excellent location. Very inviting entrance and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great pool area. Some parking is covered, and the first two parking stalls have EV charging (208v) with J-1772 plugs. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Next door is a great pub for food.

The staff were amazing and extremely accommodating to my family and their needs! We stayed for 2 nights and it was a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the free breakfast options our family had to choose from! On our checkout day we were even asked if we had a chance to grab something to eat before we left. That kind of care for their guests was greatly appreciated. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Kamloops. The location is close enough to the city that if you have a vehicle it would make for a great spot out of the craziness of downtown. But if you're not driving, then it might be a little too out of the way. Otherwise, it was an amazing experience and I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel Exceeded expectations. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was brilliant, we were there with our soccer team. Breakfast was awesome and Gina is an absolute gem, just 5 star service from all employees during our stay. We will book back here for sure next year.

Last minute booking using my Hilton Honors App. Beautiful, clean room. Super friendly staff. Lots of hot and cold selections for breakfast. Will absolutely stay here again! The only drawback is that you can really hear the screaming children in the pool all the way in the lobby. That was pretty obnoxious.

Very happy with this hotel and I will rebook in august for my next trip. Room was clean and spacious. Big tv. Comfy beds. Bathroom was spacious and I really liked the shampoo and conditioner. It was quiet and the only noise I could hear was people slamming their doors.The breakfast was great. Warm and delicious. And I enjoyed the variety.The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. Oh. And there is a covered slide too!There is also many places to eat nearby, even walking distance.

The management at this hotel are incredibly deceitful. Be aware. I had reserved two rooms for a group of friends playing golf in Kamloops. A hotel staff member called us the day of our stay and asked if we wanted to upgrade from 2 queen-bed rooms to 2 king-bed rooms. I specifically asked them if the new rooms included two king-beds. They said yes. When we got there, they were one king-bed rooms with a pull out couch. They then told us our previous rooms were no longer available. Don't fall for their scams. Better yet, avoid this place.

We had a death in the family and all the hotels were booked up for the weekend. The Hampton was able to accommodate us. Their staff is so kind. Especially sweet Gina in the breakfast room. The ladies in the front ( I wish I got their names ) were so sweet, kind and hospitable. I've had a great experience here twice now and i would come back again. I would recommend this hotel when visiting Kamloops. Kids loved the pool and the waffles.

Everything was amazing. The staff being amazing is putting it lightly. They all work extremely hard and are very friendly. Gina was amazing as well, she made a amazing breakfast and was very friendly. I'm definitely going here again.
