I recommend approving Uber’s application to operate in Kelowna. The service is very much needed by Kelowna residents as it provides transportation convenience, safety, flexible income opportunities for drivers, and reduced traffic.Please approve Uber and let us enjoy these advantages.

The passenger transportation board is the best SUPER perfect representation OF WHY BC, and Canada as a whole is a slow country that has no vision as opposed to a neighbouring country like USA. No vision at all to what it wants to be as a country, and a million tons of logistics. Canada is the country of logistics and turtle progress, claiming that it's for the benefit of security and quality measures, while every single citizen of BC knows the truth of the affair between them and the Taxi mafia. Like in the very deep inside of you, you don't really think we all know of this affair? Really? You don't know? Is that what you r deluded to think? That we all don't know it?

Still waiting for Uber to be approved for Kelowna and the Okanagan area. The fact 130 other municipalities have Uber and communities outside Vancouver does not in 2022 is puzzling. I'm thinking there is some parking lot deal going on with the Taxi Industry in BC. Time to give what the public wants! We want Uber which is the preferred company for most who travel in the US and around the world.

What happened to a free market? Oh we can’t allow a Costco to be built cause it will put other companies out of business… that’s how it works! The best way to do things wins! As a female, I am concerned at the lack options for my safety. Having used Uber in other cities, I am at a loss as to why it has taken (and continues to take) so long for them to get here.

Taxis are the 8 track tapes of the passenger transportation world. You embarrass Victoria with your denial of Uber. The transportation options on Vancouver Island are antiquated; the ferry and airport - 1950s era options! Step aside! Retire! Foist your yesteryear banality elsewhere.
