As A&w goes, this place had always been pretty good. The staff are good, the place is clean -ish given how busy this one is.The coffee is better than the timmies it shares the parking lot with. The food and staff are better too.

In restaurant service was very slow and unwelcoming. Drive thru is the only priority. I waited my turn only to watch the back of the order taker disappear into the kitchen without a word. So I left very disappointed. Used to be the best A&W on Hwy 16.

My first time trying A &W in Smithers. Moza burger was sooooo goood! Indeed a must try! Great service and Tasty experience. For sure we’ll be right back!

Went there for supper. Food warm, not hot. Portions small.Service so-so at best, young lady behind counter unable to speak English.Business changed hands a few times, was much better with previous owner.

Always one of the best places ! Very good breakfast…. Store manager Francis was awesome and Walked around multiple times to top up coffee.
