They were a life saver for me! Our oven broke 3 weeks before our wedding where I was set to make 150 cupcakes. I was panicking since all appliance repair places were booking 2-3 weeks ahead and that would not have been in time for what I needed.Their receptionist did an amazing thing for me and arranged for a technician to stop by the very next week and I appreciated it. Within 15-20 minutes they diagnosed the problem and fixed it! Our oven is working perfectly now. Thank you so much!

If you have any plans to repair they are your best bet to be able to find your parts and with enough pictures and a picture of the serial number and the description of what's going on you can often get the parts yourself and repair the appliance yourself if you have an idea of what you're doing they are quite popular because they are good they do have a wait time for appliance repair but they are worth every dime you pay them

Asked if they had a part in stock for a dryer at 10PM. Had a response with confirmation before 9AM. Went in to pick up the part after work and it was already set aside for me (without me having even asked!).Knowledgeable and friendly service in store (thanks Sherry and Mel!) and great prices compared to what I was seeing online. 11/10 would recommend.

Grate people to deal with, super friendly, very helpful. Even if you are not going to buy anything from them, they will still spend their time helping you. Very recommend for any kind of appliances repair.

Super knowledgeable people. Blows me away.This is a small shop ran by a handful of people. It is often easier to go in the office, but they are always very very busy, so you do need some patience.Twice now I've been able to walk out with exactly the parts I need for my old washer/dryer.These people know their stuff. I always recommend them, and will continue to do so. Keep it up guys, you rock.

Purchased a main control board for our washing machine and provided the model number for the machine before the part was ordered. Paid $250 for the part. My husband took it home and plugged in the board but didn’t start the washer and didn’t realize the part was wrong until it was plugged in. He called the store to tell them it was the wrong part and was told he would not be return or exchange the part because it “was installed”. This place is a joke and would not recommend! Shop on Ebay or Amazon instead at least you can return parts to them. Dealt with a female at the front desk. #donotrecommendreappliableparts

This should be your first call for any appliance repair. They were honest, fast, and affordable to get my dryer board up and running immediately. Another company we paid was gonna charge us 825$ to fix. This fix was 80$. Call these guys first.
