We did a very large landscaping project requiring soil, boulders and LOTS of black granite. We were so happy to have met this family. George, Cam and Darlene all were such down to earth people. South End Soils took the time to listen carefully to our problem as well as our budget restrictions that we had to solve it. Darlene proposed a solution that solved our concern within our budget and did not waste our time giving us higher-priced alternatives that would be unnecessary like some others had done. Additionally, they came by within two days to deliver as promised. Gilles was great to work with as he spent time talking with me to understand how best to complete the job required. Fast delivery, truck driver was courteous as well as the woman I spoke with to make the order. 2 way soil had many little round clumps, but overall seemed like good soil. The nice thing is they deliver all throughout the city, not just one area or neighbourhood.

Price for 1 1/2 black granite was 150 dollars cheaper for 10 yards compared to ALL of the other sellers. The delivered nice and early on a saturday and about 4 hours later I realized I didn't oder enough. I phoned them up and they were able to squeeze me in not even an hour later with another three yards.Best priceExcellent customer serviceWill recommend

Purchased 5 boulders for a great price. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery and placement were done when promised. Operator was first rate and was very patient with us. Even though Southend is not in my area, they will be my go to place for all my landscaping supplys.

We have ordered materials for delivery a few times now and have hired their bobcat service. We have been very happy with everything. This is a great family run business and the owners have been wonderful to deal with. They are accommodating and know their stuff. The work with the bobcat was well done, in a timely manner, they showed up when they said they would, and you can't beat their prices for material or service. We always go to South End Soils first and we recommend them to family and friends.
