The user friendly app for access is perfect - no key to keep track of!I am completely comfortable leaving my life’s belongings in this state of the art facility and this will ensure that the months ahead will be that much better knowing I don’t have to worry about my stuff.Plus you can buy insurance when you check in making it a 1 stop shop!

The Noke Smart Entry Application is what most tenants really seem to be impressed with along with the cleanliness and overall layout of the facility. We are well equipped with surveillance CCTV footage around the clock.It's a real pleasure to represent this facilty and and i will continue to provide the best customer service experience possible.

Awesome facility! I was able to rent a unit online in minutes and then got a phone call from Clayton, (who’s name I read in reviews here, and can confirm he is great) he confirmed my rental and gave me instructions to get the app for access to the site on my phone. I have a small unit and can drive up to the door closest to it. There are entry points to inside at each end and one in the middle for easy access. They also keep a dolly at the door to make it easy to transport your items from your car to your storage unit. (If it is an indoor unit) The property is very clean and the overall ease to rent and to access the units and great costumer service are all top notch and I would definitely recommend.

Easy, clean and friendly. I had no idea what I was doing when I signed up, and I was helped to figure it all out by the fantastic staff. Super pleased with the spacious and clean unit and easy access to it too.

Amazing customer service. The facility is very clean. We got a large locker with drive up access. The app feature to unlock the gate and locker door is awesome. Highly recommend!!

This is an excellent place! Clayton was very friendly and knowledgeable, delivering top notch customer service. No issues setting up the app for gate access and no troubles getting a spot. Definitely one of the best storage facilities in Nanaimo, in my opinion.

We were very impressed when dealing with the Nanaimo Mini Mall Storage facility on Harold Road and also with Clayton who works at the front desk. Great facility. Clean and nice accessible features with gate and locker. The guy at the desk, I think was name Clayton...he was friendly & quite knowledgeable with specs and pricing. Am seriously considering signing on.

Such a great storage place! High tech app to open the gates. App opens the storage door. Such a clean space inside the storage and outside.Helpful employees. Quick responses (via Phone call and email).Everything has been so great with Mini Mall Storage Nanaimo! Recommend this storage place!

I'm impressed with the modern facility that hooks up to my smart phone. it's clean and safe, easy to access off of Hwy 19. It works for us!
