Excellent service. They were not pushy to make a sale and answered every question we had. Would definitely go back. We bought an apartment sized fridge. Delivery in 1 week.

I bought a new SpeedQueen washer dryer set from Andrew at Budget Appliances in Richmond and am very pleased with the purchase and service. A competitive price along with the ability to get the product I wanted in a timely manner (when others said weeks or surcharge - all from same local supplier...) was appriciated. As well, the delivery guys did a good job of installing the new machines and making sure they were working properly - as compared to a competitor who needed to send a technician for a couple hundred + delivery... Would recommend Budget Appliances and plan to use in the future.

My go-to place for all my appliances for a few years now - courteous and helpful, I have always had a good experience buying from them. Alex the installer/repair guy knows his stuff and everyone I have dealt with is top notch, friendly and a real person, not a slick salesman. Much nicer place and more personable than some of the bigger appliance stores.

the repair center refused to come to fix my machine as their repair technician had hurt themselves in the past. my question why is that person still working for them as they are injured to limit their services? hmm what a strange explanation. why do they not have more people or the equipment to repair things to help them move heavy appliances to help their employees from harmful injuries?With this they where sure they would have to un-stack my washer & dryer to do the work, yet another repair company just moved it out to repair the problem.Sorry I wish I could recommend this company as usually but they where better then this but not this time.I hope this improves.

Good service department. I came looking for couple replacement knobs for the Frigidaire dryer. They had them in stock. Price is about the same as ordering and shipping online. Open on Saturday. Conveniently located in Steveston Village. Friendly service.

In desperate need of a fridge that fit into a specific space, I searched everywhere to find availability was two and half months out. Budget Appliance rep was amazing, found the perfect fridge at another location on the first call I made to them and best of all, delivery was the same week!!! You're my appliance store from now on!
