I love the look of the furniture here and found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The prices are decent as well. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because our furniture was delivered with scratches on all three items we ordered. Perhaps paying a good price compromised the quality. Either way, this is not something you want to see when something is brand new. I would love to continue shopping here however will be careful in doing so!

We were served by Brenden at the Kanata store in Ottawa. He went above and beyond to help. He is amazing! Also the staff in the packed up are packed all our furniture with such care. Thank you to Brenden and the staff at Structube Ottawa.

Anybody know what’s going on with these vinyl /faux leather couches from Structube? Not a hit against this store but the product. Paid almost $2k with tax for this Ilene model and Structube won’t warranty. Says the peeling is from direct sunlight which is not the case because this sits in a living room where the only window is to a covered deck with a 12ft overhang. Perfectly good structurally but flaking and peeling and can’t be used without a cover. We have two other leather couches, one of which also from Structube and without issue. All are cared for the same way. This model is 8 yrs old. What a shame it will need to go to the landfill.

The Kanata Location is well displayed and merchandised throughout the store. Traffic flow in the store was comfortable, bright and easy to see items. Certain areas of the store were kind of cluttered and items were out of place. Overall great shopping experience.

This review is for a lovely woman named Erin who works at Structube Kanata, who went above and beyond to find me the perfect couch and rectify errors made on other staff’s behalf. She truly turned my experience around, and was extremely knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate, and hard working. Every time I spoke with her, she took any and all measures to work out a solution and got me a couch months before expected. 10/10 customer service and would recommend you ask for Erin next time you visit.

We went for shopping at this store and were conducted by Mr Ahmed.We wish to acknowledge that we had an excellent experience at the store due to a very professional and friendly attitude of Mr Ahmed. He was patient , calm, gave advise when asked and helped in decision making. It was great visit , We bought things with ease. Well done Mr Ahmed.

They treat you very well at this location. Until they make the sale. After that they treat you like trash and don't even bother trying to escalate it to management. Three weeks late with the order, then they roll it out to the door , no assistance with loading, very rude and unprofessional staff at the pickup dock. They have lost 4 customers, and, as I run my own business, I will definitely be sharing my experience with my customers as well as my social media contacts. Extremely poor experience. Leon's all the way. Update. We only purchased our sofa from them, as we lost everything in a fire. Purchased the rest of our furnishings from the BRICK. Very happy with everything there. Exceptional service, everything on time and a very courteous professional experience. Save yourself the extra gas and go to the BRICK.

I'll start off by saying that I highly recommend visiting this megastore location in Kanata instead of regular locations in Ottawa. It's immensely larger and they have a lot more items from their product catalogue on display as a result.I had the pleasure of being assisted by Rychelle during my visit after I was greeted with a large smile. I was in search of dining chairs, and while they had the model I was looking to get on display, they did not have the exact color. With confidence and assurance Rychelle pointed me towards another model that had the exact same color and material so that I had a concrete idea of what to expect if I decided to order them. Once I made up my mind she was able to confirm availability of the dining chairs and proceeded to order them with delivery scheduled within the same week. The chairs arrived in perfect condition, on time, and were exactly as she had described.I was pleasantly impressed with Rychelle and the way she conducted herself in a friendly and professional manner. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this Structube and see her again should I require anything else in the future.

I love the furniture here. My only complaint is that the stock is really unpredictable and the staff often have to leave you to get answers.The prices are fair and the delivery is quick ( when in stock ).

Very spacious, bright, and airy, showed well. However it feels more like a liquidation showing room, don’t see a lot of new designs on their website.
