Great go to place for any meal of the day. Amazing customer service and always clean. The employees and the owner are both very kind. 100% recommended

GUAC Mexi Grill
The food is ok. Not great, but ok. The problem is how stingy they are with what they give you. They have always been extremely stingy with their cilantro, in the past we have had to go to the grocery store to pick up cilantro to put into our take out. Not great. It has only gotten worst. One time I asked for a vegan bowl with extra guacamole and cilantro. Not only did they skimp on the guacamole, but it was brown on the top which they served me, and they charged me $1.50 per scoop. First they said they didn't have any more cilantro and an other guy said they had some on the back. Ok. On a separate occasion they heard me say I wanted extra cilantro before I placed my order, but when I ordered they didn't have any more cilantro again and they refused to check in the back. For a place that sales Mexican fast food, they sure don't carry the ingredients that make Mexican food. I am to the point that next time I want to get a burrito, taco or anything like that, I will drive the extra 20 minutes to Kanata to get it. What an extremely disappointing place.

The nacho Chips and salsa are fresh and very good. We had burrito bowl. Fresh and tasty. Good for take always

I had the unfortunate experience of dining at GUAC Mexi Grill, and it was truly dreadful. The service was incredibly slow and unattentive, with waitstaff who seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than taking care of the customers. The food was an absolute disappointment; everything was overcooked and lacked any flavor. It felt like they were serving reheated, mediocre meals from a microwave. The prices were exorbitant considering the low quality of the food. To top it off, the atmosphere was unpleasant, with a dingy and outdated decor that desperately needed an upgrade. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs."

My recent visit to GUAC Mexi Grill turned out to be a complete disaster. The restaurant fell short in terms of service quality, food presentation, and overall ambiance. The staff appeared uninterested, resulting in slow and inattentive service. The food itself was devoid of flavor, lacked freshness, and failed to meet even basic standards. The guacamole was nothing more than a tasteless, pale green paste, and the tortillas were dry and brittle. Moreover, the prices were unreasonably high considering the underwhelming quality of the food. The restaurant's atmosphere lacked charm and failed to create a pleasant dining experience. It's clear that the owner's management and attention to detail were severely lacking. I strongly recommend avoiding GUAC Mexi Grill and seeking out a genuine Mexican eatery that offers a far more satisfying dining experience.

My visit to Guac Mexi Grill was a complete disappointment. The outdated ambiance, inattentive service, and lackluster food made for an unpleasant experience. The prices were unreasonably high considering the low quality. Furthermore, the restaurant's cleanliness was questionable. The cherry on top was the owner, who demonstrated a complete disregard for customers. Overall, I strongly advise against dining at Guac Mexi Grill due to its terrible owner and overall disappointing experience.

I do not recommend this place, there are much better Mexican take out spots.I ordered nachos and had to actually ask for cheese. When I asked for cheese the lady sprinkled a tiny bit, charged me extra money for wanting more than a light sprinkle, and didn’t melt it. Their menu also stated at least queso cheese would be on the nachos but it was not. It just legitimately was not nachos.They have a sauce called QUAC that was not very special in anyway and wasn’t actual guacamole. The whole place itself is super misleading and the staff is uninterested/inattentive.My boyfriend ordered a burrito and asked for chipotle sauce, he didn’t get any and they put cilantro on it instead. His least favourite food is cilantro and his stomach was upset all night. My nachos tasted like cilantro as well because I don’t think they use any sanitary precautions while making several peoples food. Could taste the residue of someone else’s meal. What if someone was highly allergic?Not impressed. Go anywhere else.
