Victoria Park Place II by Drewlo Holdings

I have been living at Victoria Park Place II for 3.5 years now and I love it !! it is the best apartment building I have ever lived in. The supers Wayne and Doreen are the best supers you could ever hope for. Not only are they really nice and friendly, they really care about you as a person. They keep our building so clean always !! if something breaks in your apartment, they are on it immediately. I will be so sad if they ever leave because it is going to be really hard to fill their shoes and I mean that. If you are lucky enough to move into this building, you will never regret it.

I've lived here for a number of years. Overall it is a very well kept and comfortable place to live. Doreen & Wayne are excellent building managers! Super friendly and quick to respond to any concerns.

I am happily living here for about 2 years now. I don’t have anything bad to say about this place. Our Superintendents Doreen & Wayne have great personalities - always happy to help, and they keeping building clean and secure. Building is well maintain, is located on at great location, have great looking units, and tenants are quiet and respectful. I personally have not had any issues worth complaining. If I need anything, Doreen and Wayne are eager to help. All issues usual resolved very quickly. Living here is easy and I love it.

This Place has not only been a residence but a family. The building managers go out of their way to make this building warm and inviting. Also I've never seen a place with higher standards. Both Doreen and Wayne are always available for help and can be found out and about around the clock cleaning and fixing jobs around the premises. I am very happy to be living here and if your lucky to ever get a place here yourself I know you will agree.

It is a great pleasure, for me, to be a tenant in this building, The managers, Doreen & Wayne are awesome. They keep the building very clean, especially in these trying times, and are always quick to respond to any problems that arise.The tenants are friendly and helpful which has proved to be a plus during the lockdowns in progress.Having Victoria Park as a backyard is one of the best things about living here and conveniently located to all necessities. Could not ask for a nicer place to live!

We’ve been here 1 1/2 years and love living here. Doreen and Wayne are excellent managers and the friendliest people we know. They are always ready to attend to any issues we have. The location is excellent with Victoria Park and walking trails right next door.

This is a beautiful location right beside Victoria park. There is easy access to the park, and the building is very well maintained. The building managers Doreen and Wayne are great and always wiling to help. The building is quiet, and the tenants respectful and friendly.

This building is phenomenal! I have been living here for almost 6 years now and its wonderful! The building Managers, Doreen and Wayne are amazing people who care a great deal about the tenants and are quick to resolve any concerns no matter how small. Very personable, friendly and genuine people. The building is always clean and well taken care of. I don't plan on moving any time soon. :)

My husband and I moved to KW from South Etobicoke two years ago when I retired. We had never spent time in KW before but on our first visit we fell in love with the city and its accessibility. When we started looking for a place to call home it did not take long to find that Drewlo Holdings had several buildings that would meet our needs. As we were coming from a two bedroom we thought we needed the same but when we were shown a one-bedroom unit at Victoria Park Place II we were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the unit as well as the in-suite amenities that we did not need to see any other units or buildings and signed the paperwork on the spot.Doreen and Wayne, the management team of this building are wonderful and do everything they can to make their residents feel welcome and at home. During the difficult time of Covid-19 they have continue to go above and beyond to maintain a clean and safe environment for all.The long and the short of it is, we are here to stay!
