I had a challenge with a US wire transfer that was lost in the system and Katarina, the Branch Customer Service Lead, got on it and solved it in 10 seconds! Amazing service at 5pm on a Friday!!

Worst customer service ever received. If you need any assistance on your banking please don't go to the one who is with the spectacle. She was very rude and impolite to the customer. I wanted to replace my card and it took me almost half an hour. Worst experience ever got from the Scotiabank.

Bank service is slow but the guy David helped me is amazing and has great customer service skills, He is very polite and professional, 5 star for him 4 star for bank

We went to this branch to open our business account and were helped by the Small Business Banking Manager Rezvan Vafi, she was truly Amazing, she greeted us with such a warm welcome. Outstanding, Incredible Customer Service. She is a truly Awesome, Beautiful person. Such an Amazing, stress-free appointment. Thanks Rezvan your the BEST.

One of the worse scotiabank branch I have seen so far. Mangers are rude and not helpful and their ATM machine are old and outdated. So don’t try to use them as your money get lost in transaction.

Went to this branch to open a small business account, from the start no one knew what they were doing...after a few months I reached out to Rezvan (the lady who initially helped me) and asked for a credit card. She said that the only way for me to get a credit card was through a secure GIC (which is unethical and illegal) considering she would get a cut of the money I chose to lock away, and never gave me the opportunity to apply for it on my own. I went to the branch to close my account after getting both a credit and debit card from TD (with NO issues) and was charged a bunch of random service charges. No one knew how to close the account and the tellers and supervisors were yelling throughout the lobby how much money I had and left me standing at the counter for an hour. Defiantly don't recommend, they are a mess.

Advisor says that the old branch did not upload any documents on my file so we cannot do anything. Isn’t Scotia one organization? Aren't they responsible? Provided all the documents they would need.

Very very bad experience zero customer service I feel bad with way they serve. and wasting time going to this branchIf you want to have a good banking experience, this is NOT the bank you.

The horrible customer service at this branch led me to make a life decision to not deal with Scotiabank again. I had a simple credit card application, the advisor missed the appointment, staff would not give the credit card that was approved and delivered to branch, requesting more identification docs, scheduled another session and on that session they asked for more documents, branch mamager was no help and at this point I figured I want to cut my losses in term of time being spend on something other banks are more than happy to do and get my business.
