Ladies are extremely hard working, no breaks while they were working. However, there was a issue with management team. Sarah didn’t tell me how long will the ladies stay and quote me the rooms will be cleaned. After 2hrs of cleaning period, I was notified this is a 3.5hrs of cleaning service, and ask me if I would like to extend service to complete the cleaning project with hourly charge $128+hst. Although the ladies have stayed more than 3.5hrs after I complained to the company, they have completed the main parts I choose to cleaned rather than completed all cleaning project, I would still prefer to know the detailed of service before appointment such as how long the ladies stay, how will I be charged, etc. Or how do I know 3.5hrs service is truth or not?

Absolutely wonderful company! Sarah, who came to do my quote was just fabulous, treated my home just like it was her own. She was so knowledgeable of all there products and services, no question went unanswered.I would highly recommend Merry Maids to anyone who is looking to have some extra help keeping there home spick and span.

Ladies are always friendly and work extremely hard with no breaks while they are here. The place looks great and smells fabulous after every clean. While I just get the basics done: floors, dusting, vacuuming, bathroom, I always feel they go a little above and beyond.

All thier teams do a fantastic job!They are all very friendly and respectful of my elderly Dad!I would highly recommend them!

What we like about Merry Maids Barrie is that they are always flexible in working around our schedule and the staff are very pleasant and have made some great suggestions about maintaining our house!

Unbelievable, do NOT use this service!!Worst, superficial clean ever. Paid 500.00, should've given them 20 bucks for gas and called it a day. Still have to clean the house. Couldn't even clean the obvious. Ridiculous RIP OFF!!
