Mountain Eye Care

This was my first and definitely not my last visit at Mountain Eye Care.My experience was wonderful from the time I stepped in ‘til the time I left.The ladies at the front were very welcoming, and knowledgeable.Dr Chadda was extremely wonderful to deal with. He took the time to explain everything to me, which I certainly appreciate.Great atmosphere, fantastic people!Thank you for a pleasurable experience.Tracy

Very friendly service. Felt well taken care of. Dr. Zaugg is super nice & informative! Only criticism would be that I wish the glasses selection was a bit better but had no issues being provided my prescription so that I can shop around. :)

I am not a patient and will never be, because my experience there was very unpleasant. I walked it to just look at glasses , and right away the vibe was not it. Just looking for glasses shouldn’t be this complicated.2 starts only because the blonde girl thats was helping us was nice. The front desk person was not it

This clinic is amazing. I met with Dr. Zaugg for the first time yesterday. He was super thorough and I really felt cared for. I purchased glasses and the girl that helped me was very helpful and kind. I wasn't rushed through any part of the appointment. This was a really good first experience.

I've gone to about 3 eye doctors in the gta in the last few months for various issues. But by far this place made me feel safer, more welcomed and gave me more peace of mind then any other. Instead of a cold doctors office youre met with clean carpets and wide open space with many helpful friendly staff members all willing to help you look at glasses talk about perscriptions/deals. The prices are good as well and the service is prompt. I saw Dr. Barry. He was very nice and refreshingly educated on the topics i asked about. Also seemed down to earth where as some doctors ive seen in the past have a holyer then thou vibe. He helped me find my true perscription as the one i was wearing was too strong. I would and will be going back. Also the two staff members one new and one experienced were both extremely helpful, patient and helpful. Thank you again Mountain Eye Care⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Zaugg is an amazing Optometrist. He's very thorough in his exams and personable. The staff at Mountain Eye Care are also very pleasant and approachable. 5 stars!

Wonderful place. Lots of friendly, knowledgeable staff members Wide selection of frames and services at a reasonable price. Very prompt appointments. Would recommend to anyone.

I'm very surprised by the amount of high reviews this location has. I originally went here in Nov 2011 because of the reviews. I found the optometrist very pushy and quickly pushed us into the glasses section after the appointment kept asking if we're buying anything and when we said no he quickly left so we ended up going somewhere else. I tried to get a copy of my prescription yesterday and I ended up calling 6 times over 2 and a half hours and every time the receptionist kept saying we'll send it when his next appointment finishes. This turned into we'll send it before we close which never happened and I ended up having go in person and ask for it this morning which was very inappropriate. Patients have the right to go anywhere they want once they receive their prescription and be provided a copy of their script to do so. This office seems only concerned with selling glasses to you.

Wonderful clean office, extremely friendly and professional staff. I felt like they cared about what I needed, not what they could sell to me. Doctor is very experienced, process was smooth and efficient (I didn't need to wait for more than 2 minutes at any time). Highly recommend!

I had an appointment almost a month ago around first week of May 2023. Lauren helped me with Pretest and she was very polite and helpful. I had an appointment with Dr. Paul Zaugg who was very informative and humble. Also, Kim helped me with the glasses and she was very helpful in finding me the right pair. I appreciate Kim's good patience even though I tried multiple pairs. I received glasses after around 10 days, which is not too bad. Sometimes it’s hard to find a quick appointment as it is a busy place. Overall, I had a great experience and I recommend this place. Thanks :)
