Very poor service. I bought an iPhone case here for my sister for Christmas. She never ended up using it so she gave it to me to use instead, about two weeks of having it on my phone the seams on both sides were cracking and falling off in pieces.I have not dropped my phone since using it and have not been rough with it. I take excellent care of my belongings. I went back to see what they could do for me about their product being bad, the guy told me it's cause I dropped it, and was using it that's why it was chipping and he said they can't take it back because its been used. (So if you use there products, it will break!! If you don't want it breaking, make sure you keep it in the plastic baggy, so at least you have a case but it won't break! )Then said well you didn't come back in 7 days so I can't do anything. I asked if there was a manager there and he said no, that he's away and to come back again another time. So I asked for his card, and he just said they don't have any to give out. The whole time I'm talking to this guy about my concern he was taking calls and fixing a phone, very inconsiderate and disrespectful. I will not be recommending this business to anyone or be buying any thing else from them. Very Unsatisfied with the service.

•Waiting for the one person that works at the kiosk as he visited at the other mobile store, then forgetting his keys in said store•the “no refund policy” is a joke•products the sell are cheap, do not fit properly and are over pricedWith how easy it is to purchase better products online at a cheaper price. You’d think customer service would be more of a concern.One experience with this company is enough to not purchase from them again.

Got my cell phone screen replaced here. They did not put it in correctly as it wasn't connected at the bottom. Since I had a case that kept it in I was just thankful I had a phone again. When I went back after it broke again (because of how they repaired it the last time) I got the screen properly repaired, but they had broken my sim card slot. They told me that they did not break it, but I had messages from the night after I left it with them. Likely so they could take it in and charge me even more. It would have been more worth it to tell my carrier that I lost it and to get a new one. Would not recommend to anyone.

Happy with the service here. Good prices. Fast and efficient. I’ll come here for my next screen protector or case.

I have been to this place multiple times and always been satisfied. Ali is very knowledgeable , friendly and provides great customer service every time. He repaired my phone screen in just 15-20 minutes and helped me find a protective case and tempered glass.Great deals i highly recommend.

I had a return/exchange from a sister store. Since these stores are a chain but individually owned I was told there was nothing they could do for me. Ok, but no help at all, not a good idea for repeat business. No suggestions, no phone number I could call not even a sincere I'm sorry for your inconvenience.
