Went by the store today and it had an unmistakable odor of mold. I understand with the flooding its been difficult to keep things dry but if there is mold growing it needs to be taken care of right away. You are putting both your employees and customers health at risk by not dealing with this, I wasnt even in the store for long and it was already starting to effect my allergies. If you can already smell it throughout the store that means its been able to accumulate quite a bit of growth already. This is unacceptable.

Not Going to lie. Quality fir over 2 months has become awful. Never have High thc pre rolls. Ever!!! Manager needs to go or be way more knowledgeable on what customers want. Very disappointed as I've been a customer for almost 5 years. Have had to start going to the FARM

When looking up a review for a dispensary it’s assumed you would be looking for two things, product & staff.Well I can say that the staff are some of the very best in the city, incredibly friendly, knowledgeable & always willing to engage in what is going to be best suited for your needs.Now the product has also been incredible, and combined with recommendations from staff, it has all been top drawer. On the negative side (not enough to denote a star mind you) is that the product may only be in the store once, and then never see it again.It is a problem facing all dispensaries it would seem, but it can hit a little bit harder at place you think is the bee’s knees.

Shopped here for years. More recently seems as though the sales people aren't knowledgeable about the products they sell.My wife came in looking for specific pre-rolls, she found them in the book. She went to the counter and asked if they were the ones that were rolled in kief, etc. The woman working the counter informed her that they were, and they were quote: 'really good'. Wife, assuming the person at the counter knows the products, trusts the product she's given and doesn't check it. We received 5x 0.2g Hash One hitters, not even a joint. The product doesn't smoke what-so-ever.It's our mistake for not checking the product we received before we left the store, however, it's the responsibility of the worker to ensure we get what we ask for.Upon opening the packaging, I lit one to smoke it, assuming it was a joint with a hash tip, then the rest would be a regular flower joint. Again, not what we wanted, but we were willing to settle with it. After closer inspection, it's an empty tube with .2g hash stuffed in the end, that doesn't light or smoke.Called the store to inform them of the mistake and ask if I could return the product ($20+) in exchange for a pre-roll. While I understand that the product couldn't be resold, and that a 'return' on marijuana would follow under the same laws and regulations as a return on open liquor, at least in a liquor store, I know what I'm buying and I pick it out myself.I was told they would need to message the manager about the situation to see what they could do. Upon hearing the manager wouldn't be available until tomorrow morning, I proceeded to tell them that I've stopped shopping with them for a few months now, as their knowledge of products is lacking. I generally shop with Pacificanna these days because their knowledge is much better. We happened to be stopping there for the convenience store anyways and decided to give them another shot. Was very disappointed. Will not be back. Will not shop with you again.I used to be a loyal customer of Trees, even before legalization - I spent years buying from your locations (Johnson, and Oak Bay). Unfortunately, the last 6 or so months this location (I can't speak for others) seems to be hiring people who don't have knowledge about the products they're selling and just say: Oh yeah

Some of the staff are not very friendly at all. I felt like they were annoyed so i didn't ask for the help I needed. I didn't have a good experience and it made me not want to go back. This is the second time I had this experience there. Thought they were just having a bad day the first time so thought id try again. Not the greatest way to start a day. For people who deal with depression, anxiety or any other type of illness , if you are selling medicine you should be able to be semi-empathic or consciously aware of how your choices might effect someone else.

Says they close at ten but staff always lock and shut down way before then, got there at 9:45 to get some joints for bed and door was locked even though it says right on the door open 10-10. Waste of time and gas not coming back

Im new to Victoria and this was the first cannabis store I visited and it was definitely a good choice. The man and lady at the counter were super nice and helpful. They took the time to explain everything and were very enthusiastic. Customer service and selection is a 10/10. Definitely going back

Friendly Staff, I know what I like so I don't really need staff help. The problem with Legalization is you have to figure out what you like. And I saw a review about closing early they di that sum times not sure what that's about. I usually call before I go

I didn’t go in the shop but just by looking from outside the shop looked clean, decent and nice. I am sure their service will be good too as there was no nonsense displays in the window shelves. Well kept shop. Responsible shop and marketing it seems.
