Simply delicious. Always fantastic. I have never been a fan of onion rings, but they are amazing here! Entire family loves this place.

I was recommended to go to the Burger Pit up in oromodonte on the way to Orillia by my dentist office.It didn't disappoint, I was so full after my meal. I was with someone else and we both had a cheeseburger, which you can choose your own toppings for, plus we ordered onion rings however, because we told him it was our first time there and it had been recommended to us, he threw in a scoop of french fries.The gentleman behind the counter was super happy, and very friendly service.The atmosphere is very hamburger joint from the '70s. Nothing wrong with that, that's what makes it an institution the fact that has listed the test of time.I highly recommend you visit the Burger Pit, next time you're hitting North on Highway 11 going through to Orillia, Bracebridge or Huntsville. You won't be disappointed. Far better than Weber's. I think people go to Weber's because it's their tradition on their drive to the cottage.

Good place to go for quick lunch while driving. Been there a few times and all I can say is that wraps and burgers are straight up exquisitely delicious. Wraps are amazing and I would recommend trying the onion rings as well.

If you're on Hwy 11 travelling north and craving a delicious burger, this family-run restaurant is THE place to stop. The burgers are top-notch, juicy and full of flavour, and the wraps are also excellent. However, the special treat is the poutine - it is great and I usually get an extra order to go.

Very very good poutine/gravy, absolutely worth a stop if you're in the neighborhood. The burgers are flame-grilled, really nice flavours and it's a pick-your-toppings situation like Harvey's (but 1000x better). 100% will stop here again, next time we're heading up to the Muskoka area.

My boyfriend and I visited Saturday evening, I had the bacon cheeseburger with fries and he got himself the double bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. Both were amazing!!We had been searching for a place like this after leaving the city and it is the best burger joint yet! Knocks a bunch of burger places I’ve ever been to, period. Can’t wait to be back! We’re already talking about what we want to order next!

New stop on the way to the cottage or up north. The burger and fries are delicious and made to order.Loads of options for burger toppings.they even have a poutine burger. Sounds messy.They also have other menu items such as chicken on stick. They sell uncooked burgers and chicken to take away.Worth checking out and no lineups compared to the place further up the highway.
