I go to several locations of Booster Juice and they are all usually very good. This one is just plain dirty. The public washroom looked like it had not been cleaned for many days. It was disgusting.My drink was good and the young lady who served me was very attentive but said it was her first day. The other staff (4) were having a great time chatting. I reported the washroom to one of the regular staff who said the washroom was not meant for the public, since Covid!.I told her that I would not be back.

3 people working. 2 avoiding customers and 1 run off their feet. You can clean amd restock when customers aren't in the store waiting.

Came in on the weekend for a smoothie and was extremely unimpressed by the lack of professionalism. They had the music cranked so loud you had to yell out your order. Some older Asian woman came in and was literally pushing her way around customers and being very rude to staff. I assume she’s some sort of manager or owner but her presence brought the entire place down drastically. When she first came in, she tried to cut the entire line and was told to go to the back of the line. She was very rude with the staff after that. I’ll be going to Jugo juice instead from now on. I don’t need to be financially supporting someone who thinks they’re above everyone else because they bought a franchise.

Would give zero star. No customer service skills. Girl with dark hair n blonde highlights need to learn how to act. If you dont like your job or people dont be in this line of work. Go home and leave the spot for someone who would actually want to work and appreciate. Owner needs to fire her. B

Went in here @ 7:35 on April 3rd and the staff working didn’t say a word to me and was quite rude, another guy walked in and they ignored him and he eventually left because nobody helped him. Smoothie was chunky and not blended well. Would try and avoid this place.

They don't know how to make fresh juice. We ordered 2 different fresh juice drinks, the first one had waaay to much carrot juice (that's all you could taste) and the 2nd one was not only watered down but also so much ginger it actually burned my throat. MORE TRAINING NEEDED.

I don't even know where to begin with this location. Too many issues to list. The main one is leaving key ingredients out of shakes, or switching ones because they're out of something and not telling you that they've done this.They need new management or employees that have integrity. Something needs to change there... drastically! It is worth going out of your way to deerrun, seton or willow park location.

Really not impressed! I ordered a celery juice, that's it, nothing fancy. They gave me a small cup that isn't even as tall as a pop can and charged me almost $12!! A stalk of celery isn't even a quarter of that and it doesn't take an entire stalk to make that much.

If you're going to ask for tips at every turn, service beyond being pointed to a bag on the counter (on an online order) would go a long way. Drinks are standard but service is never more than the bare minimum.
