The pharmacy is okay, but the real problem is the floor staff. They are unbelievably rude and don't care about the customers. They have security guards patrolling the aisle like someone would want to steal their overpriced cheap products. I would just avoid going here unless you need to.

Last night I went to the pharmacy at about 8:30 pm, they made me wait for 30 until the closure then the pharmacist came. She was clearly yelling at me in the end giving me something that I didn’t ask for but a similar that cost $58 versus $28. And when I asked for the price she said to me, “I don’t know the price”. Today I went back to claim the mistake and that was not what I asked that she told me that I can throw it away and buy what I want. I was in shock when I left. The worst pharmacist ever seen in my life, very very unprofessional. I don't visit this Jean Coutu . It's not worth it

Been shopping here for years! Staff and management is super friendly and helpful! The store has a great selection, is well stocked and always clean. The pharmacy is usually a little busy and wait times can get a little long sometimes but aside from that no complaints about that section either!

I don’t why those negative comments about this place, my experience here has always been fantastic. Pharmacists were ver kind friendly and helpful and service was quick as well.

The worst pharmacy in whole Canada. Very slow, very rude, want to make patients getting sicker till death!!! If you want to loose your health, go to this place!! The employee Salvadore in specific asked me more than three times for my address although I have given her my address many times and more than that I always update my address in their system!! I have shown her my health card that day too so what she wants exactly from me more than that!!?? My address permanently never updated in their system!!??Each time I go there, they asked me about my address and should be updated and I discovered they didn't update it!! That day, my prescription was done by first shift not her shift too and I was there just to pick it up!!! But she let me outside on the driveway waiting for one hour!!!! She meant to insult me and drivers noticed that too by the way. She served them in my turn and looking at me and laughed with shaking her head!! She let me feel I was begging her to give me medication from her own pocket!!!! Till I lost control then she brought another employee as witness with her to show that she is innocent and it is me who is not!! She is wicked like a witch and should not be in that job in contact with patients especially as she is liar and not honest, not qualified for that position...

Often have mistakes with my Rx. Wrong medication, wrong label, wrong quantity etc....When asking to fax for renewal they did not read my note and faxed the resident doctor that wrote the Rx not the staff doctor so Rx not renewed, it took weeks to get it right and in the end i had to go in person and repeat instructions many many times

Last time I went there to pick up my prescription, I had to wait well over half an hour. The excuse was that they had to prepare a lot of orders received over the phone, which I thought was a bit odd, as they should in my opinion the walk-in customers first. In any case, I thought I'd give them another try, and this time it was a 45 minutes wait to get my prescription.I couldn't believe it. I expressed my frustration with the clerk at the counter and then the pharmacist, and you can tell they just don't really care.I highly suggest to not get your prescription drugs at that pharmacy, the service is beyond terrible.

The way the pharmacist was staring at my mother today when she came in for moral support. She was paying more attention to my mother standing there than she was to what i was saying. So thanks for your help , basically your advice is to not bring your mother. Good job. Your advice did not help me. It was not helpful. So. I went to see a free show of dirty looks at my mom. Thanks so much.

The female pharmacist here gave me such terrible service based on my physical appearance. All I needed was advice on a product to purchase and she treated me so rude like I was wasting her time. When right before me she was helping another gentleman and he was greeted with a smile and excellent service while I got the total opposite of this.I don't feel like I want to return to this location after this negative experience. Very rude and unprofessional.

Don’t go to this pharmacy. Their staffs work so slow.There are 3 different assistants asked me my name for 3 times. They finally gave me my medication which they called me to pick up only.With insurance, paper work, it takes 45 mins to 1 hour. Which other pharmacy can finish in 5-10 mins max.
