My daughter and her friend just did a fundraising. The staff she talked with is Diane N. Diane is super nice and helpful. She made the girls felt very comfortable and welcomed.

Diane was very nice and did a great job of helping me with my new kitten! They are very helpful if you have questions about raising a cat especially if you are a first time owner. They gave coupons for Hill's Science kitten food as well, which is great! The adoption fee is very low compared to other rescue societies. Both my sister and I got our cats here and love them!

Staff and volunteers at this location were very pleasant and professional throughout the whole process. Last September we stopped by this branch looking for a companion for our balinese/ragdoll, Bongo. We met a tiny little guy with an incredible amount of spunk. His long legs, cute belly, and goofy spirit reminded us of an orangutan. Sure enough we named him Togar, after an orangutan. ♥️ We love him so much!

Clean, friendly, and small! This is what the SPCA would call the final step in their process — where all the animals here are set and ready to be adopted. While the centre is small and can only hold cats and small animals (guinea pigs, bunnies, rats), they are constantly getting new animals. Just as quickly as people are adopting!Staff are kind and welcoming and, obviously, adore animals. They'll be more than happy to help! If you're looking for same-day adoption, especially for cats, stop by! The Bosley's right next door is extra handy too ;)

The woman who runs the place is kind of a weirdo. She won't come out and say it but she won't adopt out cats to people unless they have them as house cats. That's her prerogative but she should just say it and not dance around it.It would have saved me time as I went there a couple of times and I felt like I was in the Monty Python cheese shop sketch where the guy is asking for cheese but they don't have any cheese.I was pretty up front that if the cat was desperate to go out I would let it out. It's a philosophical thing about treating animals. What kind of bothered me was the passive aggressive way that she went about the adoption process. Hey, even if she said, hey I don't like the way you look

They host yoga and birthday parties. They treat the animals so well, keep them as isolated as they can to keep the stress down. Highly knowledgable. They paired us easily and now we have the most amazing cat ever!

I would like to share new photos from Neptune and Pluto with you. Cheryl thank you and your team for sharing us these two loving budgies we adopted few months before from you. They are now our new family members and we enjoy playing with them.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! We adopted our kitten from this location a couple of months ago. This SPCA is very bright, clean and welcoming. Glad we drove out to Coquitlam to find our kitten.

Lots of space to give the animals room. I adopted 2 female rats. I didn't expect to get anything with them, but was given a voucher for vet checkups to use within a few days. The rats are friendly and seemed pretty happy at the shelter. It was busy but the staff were very accomodating and friendly. They were very helpful on the phone with other customers too that I overheard while waiting for a cab they called for me. Super nice people, big clean shelter, well treated, clean animals.

We held our daughter's birthday party here with her friends. Staff were great. Great organization. Kids wished they could have more interaction with more of the pets.
