I would give this place 5 stars but the customers are literally made out of hotdog water left in the sun for 4 days, some crackhead was staring at me eating, another was yelling in the washroom. then after all that I witnessed a random customer berate the staff about stuff out of their control like not having all day breakfast, the people around here are a joke but the staff were great, especially a young woman with ginger hair. She was very kind

Need a better training for your employees regarding the new items added on the menu. I ordered a loaded chipotle steak wrap (new item) . Instead I got a farmer's wrap, but with a steak. (order #265; June 1st, 2023 @ 11:02:47; shift#1, reg#2). And I paid for the ordered item. Not for the farmer's wrap I got.

I visited this Tim Hortons location recently and was extremely impressed by how fast and efficient the staff working in the drive-thru were. I don't think I've ever ordered, payed, and driven away with my order so fast in my entire life. The woman that handed me my order was friendly and polite and added to this positive experience.

I had a coffee & a donut. That can't be messed up. My coffee was way better than last time. Surprise. My never ending story at Tim's - one day coffee is great next time not.

The health board should shut this place down one of the dirtiest Tim Hortons I've seen in a long time. Washroom filthy. Glass filthy. Front entrance full of mud.

Timmy's is the same but different from store to store. I enjoy their lattes and cappuccino but really wish they would offer a sugar free flavour. The store in Paris is my favourite because they make it foamy and full. I stopped at this location expecting no foam and only half half like all the other brantford tims. As I was waiting for my latte I heard one of the girls saying how nice it looked and asked the other girl how she did it.. she was so excited I said dont put the lid on I want to see... well... she had made a heart in the foam!!! I LOVED IT!!! THIS TIMMYS IS A GOOD ONE!!!

I keep having the worst experience here. It is getting out of hand. Everytime I have gone to this location the experience the staff has brought is ridiculous. I hear them gossiping about customers and making comments on how much they had ordered and laughed. This is bullying and is not exeptable. The customer service from all staff needs to be worked on or have everyone fired and have the owner hire a bunch of new people. I had gone in and ordered Bagels and they where not cut, I have ordered drinks and they came out incorrectly but when I try to speak to the staff regarding my drinks she laughed in my face and said it was what we ordered, so we left and threw all the drinks out and went to a different tim hortons location.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I got to all locations in brantford buying for myself and my coworkers. With my service dog in my car for drive through, every location has always given me a timbit or take out mini cup of whipcream for free or small charge. However this location is the first to laugh and rudely tell me to go to star bucks when I asked for a pup cup or timbit telling me they don't do that. When I told them how other locations always have the empoye ignored me handed me my ice cap order that was barley full and my Boston cream which she had put under a 2nd donut causing them to stick to each other. Worst service will be letting my fellow service dog owners to avoid this location

Twice this week my orders were messed up , first time was suppose to be a sausage breakfast sandwich on 4cheese I got a 4cheese bagel toasted with butter , this morning ordered the same thing got a bacon breakfast sandwich on a 4cheese , for what the price is and how simple the order is it should not be messed up
