We recently sold our house through Helen, in the midst of a global pandemic nonetheless. The pictures (by Shana James Photography) along with the great marketing clearly did the job! After just one showing we got an offer, conditions removed 2 weeks later, and then moved out before the snow came. Helen was amazing through the whole process. Helen is one of the better realtors we have dealt with. She was always handy for calls and questions. Our property took a long time to sell but she persevered and was successful. She is very knowledgeable when dealing in acreages and I would recommend her to anyone listing an acreage.
