Impark Parking

The worst company ever!!! If I could give -1000 stars, I would! I paid for my parking in downtown, Toronto. I paid for overnight parking, though I only stayed for 4 hours. Upon my return, I see a ticket, issued 10mins after I paid for parking. Lucky I saved the receipt and followed the dispute process. On November 18th, 2022 I received a confirmation email regarding my disputed ticket. They canceled it! So me, thinking this company operated with honesty and integrity, thought that was the end... I was wrong! I received collection notices. Fine, 1st one, maybe the system is not updated as yet. 2nd notice. 3rd notice. Now I call the collation agency, and they provide Imparks number. Call them on January 25, 2023 and explain everything. The gentleman gave me an email address and asked me to forward the ticket cancelation email to them so he can update the system and ensure my ticket is canceled. Now March 10, 2023, see a new collection letter, checked Imparks site and I still have an open ticket with them. You people ain't getting my money and I will fight to get that collections item removed from my name! Dishonorable company!!

Their machine doesn’t work and says unreadable ticket then on exist door it says the same thing we call help and they hung up on us!! Worst parking

Not open long enough for public parking and public parking is too expensive. There are better places to park.
